Absolutely love this pasta! I do not have Celiacs, but regular pasta makes me feel very bloated. Over a long period of time, I have tested many different brands but, I am done trying others. This tastes like good pasta and cooks up well never mushy. It may cost a little more but, for me it is worth the price.

Love this pasta. Cook quickly, stays firm (doesn’t get mushy), and has a great flavor. I like it better than regular pasta!

One of our favorite gluten free pastas! Make sure you follow the directions though for a perfect texture.

This brand of gluten free pasta is by far the best! I took it to my favorite Italian restaurant and said to the chef, “How can you eat clams and spaghetti with cardboard penne?” So he tried it and said he loved ved it. He could tell the difference with the angel hair. I love it and my entire family loves it. I wish other restaurants would use it! Every shape is the best gluten free pasta in my opinion. Thank you Le Veneziane for creating this!!!!

This by far the best tasting gluten free pasta I have ever tried. I used it in a recipe for a cold pasta salad and no one could tell the difference. Not sticky and did not fall apart.

I’m Gluten Free and this pasta is amazing. It cooks quickly, does not clump and a great base for any sauce or dish. I’ve used it for years.

Finding gluten free items that taste good without an odd aftertaste or texture is consistently a challenge. Our current favorite was from Barilla, which was good, but not great. On a whim we tried Le Veneziane Gluten Free Corn Pasta and we have been hooked ever since.
Yes, it does cost a bit more, but when I factor in how many truly horrible and over-priced products we have tried, only to throw them out, sometimes ruining an entire meal, we greatly appreciate having a consistently reliable product that we don’t have to wonder about. We have tried all of their shapes / types and they have all been great! Our only tip is to err at cooking slightly al dente, and recommend to test a piece before draining the water.
Also, since this is made and packaged in Italy, we were a little concerned about not having the GF Certification marking. We have found that items packaged in much of Europe, but especially Italy, have very transparent product information on the labels, unlike the US, where it often feels like manufacturers are only interested in profit and are blatantly trying to get away with making people sick. We are very happy to report not a single incidence of being “glutened” with any of their products!

Excellent GF, rice free pasta.

These are easy to make and taste great. The trick is to not overcook them… 7/8 minutes on boil. Or they will disintegrate.
