These are the Best Gluten Free Noodles I have found. Hold together and not gluey. Great taste. Holds up as left overs. Expensive, but if you have to be gluten free they are worth it.

This brand, made in Italy is so wonderful and you would never know it is gluten free. It is the only pasta in our house. We just bought a ton of it, pretariff just to be sure we can afford it. They have more varieties of pasta than I have ever seen from you popular main stream brands. Also it is more delicate than wheat based pastas just leave a heavy lump in your stomach. Also blows a way rice based gluten free pasta out of the water.
