Kay H. –
It tastes great, has all good stuff no bad ingredients. I don’t like it has 1 carb I would like it to be zero.
Collin Davis –
I drink one of these every day, without fail. I prefer the taste of the zero sugar. I typically drink one before jiu jitsu or lifting and it gives me just the slightest boost. I drink one midday even when I’m not working out for a little boost.

I bought this drink based on the ingredient profile which looks pretty solid. Not many nootropic style energy drinks with moderate doses of caffeine and alcar, etc… like this one. I can’t stand the high doses of stimulants, etc… in most of the others. I bought the 12-pack because I’ve never had an energy drink so bad I couldn’t get through it… until this one.
This is without a doubt the nastiest tasting energy drink I’ve ever had the misfortune of trying. It is so gross it’s kind of mind blowing. Why would anyone approve of this? It tastes so bad it makes me sick. I’m not even in a mood to try and describe it. For real people, just give me some proper sugar and flavorings and stop trying to make everything ‘healthy’ by making it taste so bad it’s sickening.

just to qualify my review, I do not drink soft drinks, other than a cold brew drink in the morning consume zero caffeine, and zero alcohol …pretty much I drink water and decaf ice tea. The big problem with this sort of lifestyle is that it causes me at least to yearn for some other alternative. Several years ago, I had found the ideal drink – BrainToniq; unfortunately, that was discontinued. what came next was several years of trying a variety of “unique” drinks . I tried sugary and sugar free, fizzy and flat, caffeinated and not, and expensive and cheap. I have to say that those of us who do not drink love in a golden age of Non-Alcoholic beverages. A trip to a high need grocery, can provide a host of new candidates.
After 20+ years of shopping on Amazon, my affinity for the store as well as my proclivity to find what I need and want here, no longer comes as a surprise. I heard about focusaid from a friend online who loved it. I searched for distributors and found Amazon, even better Amazon offers it on subscribe & save which makes it even easier. When the shipment arrived, I immediately tried a sip at room temperature, and then over ice, and I also put a couple in the refrigerator. my favorite way to enjoy these is definitely chilled with no ice. My favorite time to enjoy one is the late afternoon.
Another caveat about me, I have suffered with ADHD my whole life. it has never been treated because my parents were opposed. at some point I came to terms with it and see it has being both a blessing and a curse. I say all that because focus is an often fast fleeting feeling with me. So in regards to focusaid bring focus, I am not sure I am qualified to answer. What I will say is at the end of a day, this beverage does sharpen the mind. Probably won’t allow you to pass an academic test you haven’t prepared for, but I find the drink to be refreshing as well as calming. The big thing for me is it has a complex favor that tastes nothing like water or ice tea.
I should also mention that this is not an over caffeinated energy drink. It has a very adult taste to it – I doubt most children and teens would care for it which may also feel like a plus if you often feel like your kids eat everything. I have heard this compared to Fresca, in some ways I agree, but I don’t like Fresca and love this. I am glad that drinks like these are available and I hope you will too.

Did not liked the taste. It has hard taste due to turmeric. I ordered because after seeing the ingredients list I was excited that this bottle has so much including the electrolytes. Disappointing after ordering a big box of 12 cans.

In the past I have made my own recovery drink mixes, but after moving to Australia I found the ingredients harder to source. This drink has all of the good stuff that I would use in my own recipes, is low on sugar/calories, and is far far better than any of the awful “Sports Drinks” on the market.
Kevin McCoy –
I drink one of these before my hockey league games. I don’t necessarily notice the energy boost but what I do notice is the increased focus during the game. It also prevents by brain, when something goes wrong on the ice, from going into a negative feedback loop. I am able to stay on my game and keep focused on the next play. Carbonation is there, but light making this an easy pre-workout drink (no massive burp attacks later). These are a little pricey so I try to get them when they are on a price drop.

Sensational product and delivered WAY before due date. Super happy. Highly recommend.
Heath Henn –
I always take a can when I go to do a workout at the gym. When my energy starts to wain I sip on a Fitaid and have the energy to finish.
Alex Tremillo –
I absolutely love these. Just enough caffeine to kickstart my workouts or even just as a pick-me-up throughout the day. The taste is fine, but that doesn’t bother me. I like that it doesn’t taste like an over sweetened drink. The Creatine is such an amazing bonus. Also the value is great!

I recently changed energy drinks to FitAid and can notice a marked difference in how I feel. Only downfall is the BlackBerry Pineapple flavor…

Been drinking these for over a year now. Main thing i like, they don’t have that terrible ingredient, cynacobalamin. The ingredients are all natural and works well when drank slow. Plus, it doesn’t taste like a sugar rush like Monster, Redbull and other energy drinks. I am a die hard fan.
Look this up..
Cynicobolical. Very harmful.
Isn’t used in fitaids.
Try it. And please…give it time. The sweetners take a little bit to get use to.
Shannon Westover –
Not the best after taste but it did the job and i didn’t get gut rot from sucralose so that’s a win in my book.

Love this drink. After a good work out it’s a good treat and helps with recovery.
No caffeine, no sugar, and full of healthy nutrients.
The cans are full size just like other energy drinks.
Amazon Customer –
I had the lemon one and honestly… Not the greatest taste. It was surprisingly bitter and sour, but not in a good way. I would not buy it again, but you do get a good value for your money if that’s the flavor you like. The carbonation was good, and it definitely wasn’t flat. Just not my choice of flavors I would say.
E. Rodriguez –
as title says this is a great PWO supplement that doesnt overwhelm with caffeine, grape flavor + slight carbonation is good and not crazy either.
Chris Tann –

Good ingredients, iffy taste.
Joy –
These are my favorite energy drinks and I’ve tried pretty much all of the ones without artificial sweeteners. It has a decent amount of caffeine (200 mg) but doesn’t make me jittery or upset my stomach. I can have one and head out the door for a run without worrying about how it will make me feel
Jen Gunn –
Love Fit Ade! This is the recovery ones but I actually drink them while running or working out. Not too much caffine but a great energy boost! They taste great and are a great value for the money!Everything came packaged well with no leakage. Highly recomend product and seller!
Seth –
So the taste is a bit on the vitamin side. You can tell it’s most likely better for you than a Ghost, Redbull or Celsius because those are masked by a lot of artificial flavoring to cover up the chemical ingredients. This has 3g of sugar and not sucrose in it, I would rather very low sugar which you probably will burn off quickly rather than sucrose which messes with your gut flora. Sugar is best consumed in the morning where your body processes it best anyway and since I only drink caffeine in the morning I am fine with it. It does not make me feel shaky or make me anxious like most energy drinks and even coffee as green tea is probably the best way to get caffeine. I will be getting this again.
A. Camper –
I like the flavor. I have tried apple, grape and raspberry. Raspberry is my favorite so far.
I ordered another 12pack.
Anthony –
Didn’t notice much of a difference for me. I use it as a substitute for high sugar soda
Allsag –
These have good potential and I love the ingredients, but both husband and I could not get over the vitamin taste and crushed vitamin grainy texture in the liquid. The flavors are slightly to sweet, but good. Main complaint is that it tastes like they crushed up a bunch of vitamins and poured them in without dissolving them first.
Gerald J. –
I just can’t get over the taste. It is not good at all. It doesn’t matter what flavor. They all have a terrible after taste. The ingredients looks really good for you. Has electrolytes CoQ10 Glucosamine Turmeric and BCAAs.bMost energy drinks don’t have this. It’s more than a energy drink. It’s mostly natural and good for pre work outs. And healthy well being. Seems to be a good healthy product. But really needs to improve on the taste.
Dennis avila –
Flavor isn’t very good, chemically aftertaste
Arriella3112 –
I have tried a lot of “healthy energy” drink options – and I am not a fan of these drinks. First off, this drink makes you have to pee ALL the time; way more than drinking Red Bull. It’s simply not natural how often you have to pee when drinking this.
I also do not feel any effectiveness or increase in energy after drink these. The taste is okay – but the whole point is to feel energized, which this product do NOT do.
This was the first time I have ever tried this product – as I am always on the look out for healthier energy alternatives, to help me in the mornings – which is the hardest for me (even though I desperately long to be a morning person one day); sometimes I need an afternoon pickup too, to help me finish work and energize me enough to get pumped for my daily workout when I get off. This drink has disappointed me on all levels.
So far my favorite energy drinks have been Zevia, Yerbamate, and Georgie; the Neuro gum is also very effective.
Joy –
Love these FitAid energy drinks. The Blackberry Pineapple is my favorite! I do crossfit and this fuels me well for the workouts. Coffee wasn’t doing it- I’d always feel more sick and weighed down. Fit Aid makes me feel energized, fueled, and light!

Ahmad Basheer –
Hands down, best energy drink on the market. No sucralose, best tasting, no odd after taste. I don’t know why people are saying it has a chemical-tasting after taste.
Allsag –
Good choice for a caffeinated alternative. Be very careful ordering this product if you live in an area where this product is delivered during freezing temps … The aluminum cans are very thin & are easily affected by the freezing temps. In our case (2 times) we had cans delivered that had exploded and/or almost exploded.
