I washed and dried it in a front loader, had to pull it out of the dryer a cpl times to get it completely dried and it does have a few minor wrinkles (if that sort of thing bothers you) It’s not as thick as some of the more expensive “down” comforters, but just as soft, warm, and beautiful. The colors, size options, and prices are unmatched. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Like cuddling with a blanket made of clouds. This comforter is amazing??? I have never had a comforter that wasn’t meant to just be an insert for a duvet but I recently got a king bed and even though I use my favorite twin comforter to sleep I needed a king comforter so my bed looked put together. I didn’t want to spend a big dollar since I thought I wouldn’t use it so I went the no duvet low cost route.
I washed it and ran it through the dryer right when I got it and had no issues. Immediately I thought it felt really soft and nice. When I slept with it (and my twin comforter) I was sooo impressed. I get hot easily but I like to be covered and this was so comfortable, cozy but cooling. Kept me warm but not sweaty and suffocated. You will want to have a blanket on top or extra comforter like me if you live in cold states depending how hot you keep the house. It is very light weight.

I got the queen taupe comforter as a gift a little over 2 years ago and have been using it every single day since I first put it on. It’s survived all the times it’s gone in the washer and dryer, and it’s great that it fits in a regular size washer. Personally, I do cold wash and medium heat, just move it around halfway through the drying cycle so there’s no wet spots in the middle and hang it to dry the rest of the way if it stays ever so slightly damp after the dryer stops to not overheat the dry parts and cause burning (at least never happened to me but other reviews say theirs have burned). The fit is perfect, it covers all edges of our queen bed so there’s no awkward gap between the bed and frame. It’s on the thinner side, but I feel its good enough to snuggle and feel cozy. Extremely light, not weighted at all so you won’t feel pinned down to the bed or wrestle with it. It’s so soft that my bf and I fight over who has more of it on their side and constantly pull it off each other to steal it. We use it all throughout summer and winter and anytime in between. For ridiculously hot summer nights, sleeping on it doesn’t get too hot. In the winter it’s perfect for trapping the warmth with another blanket. 10/10 I would buy several more if I had the storage space. Some review pictures make this comforter look all wrinkly and sad/saggy especially with the awkward center stitches (makes it harder to have a solid flat/tidy appearance) but for the duration it’s lasted and the comfort it’s worth it. Maybe look elsewhere if you’re looking for something really bulky, but I’d say expect to pay more $$$ for thickness. But for casual California weather I think it does the trick.

It is so soft, perfectly warm and cool depending on the evening and just so cuddly. I ended up buying one in another color because I loved the feeling of sleeping under it so much. I haven’t laundered it yet so I don’t know how that will go but at this price point, I’d be happy to buy another if it doesn’t go well. It is my favorite comforter I have ever used in terms of coziness and comfort. I took one star off for appearance. It looks kind of sloppy on the bed because of all the wrinkles, but I don’t think it would be so soft and comfy if it were more structured. I think its a great value and would definitely buy again.

Bought two of these for a guest room with two twin beds. I purchased them at the same time and they arrived at the same time. One box appeared to have been opened and re-taped and when I took the comforter out it smelled like cat urine. I decided to take a chance and wash it because I needed them for guests who were arriving the next day. Fortunately, it smelled ok after washing. The other comforter did not smell at all. The problem is that after I washed them both and put them on the beds, one is a markedly lighter color than the other. The beds are right next to each other so it’s really noticeable. Very disappointing because overall they seem nice and look nice. But the color disparity is a shame. So if you’re buying two that need to match, keep that in mind. Otherwise, you’ll be ok as it is a nice weight and fluffiness for a polyester comforter.

The only regret I have is I should have ordered the orange one instead of the dark green.
I only have one negative comment,and just realized this only after a few days,and that is how slick the inside filling is in fact when you sit on the edge of the bed you could find yourself on the floor.
My husband and I have gotten used to this and pay special attention when first sitting on the bed we sit back a little farther, but I have never had such a problem.
However I still am very satisfied with my purchase.

I LOVE this comforter. The fabric is very soft and it has just the right amount fluffy squishiness. The size is great too. There is plenty of overhang all the way around. It is warm but not too warm. I washed and dried it before use and it turned out great.
