The shirt was obviously not pre-shrunk before printing. After washing the shirt inside out, in cold water, on the gentle cycle, and hanging it to dry, the image has puckered badly, as the shirt has shrunk around the image. This makes the screen print INCREDIBLY unstable. Any pulling across the print will cause cracking across the image.
It’s difficult to photograph, but I’m including a couple side views where you can see that the white image pulls down below the black area.
This shirt was a gift, and I’m bummed to have to tell the person how this turned out.
