The color is gorgeous, and it goes on smoothly and evenly with the soft applicator, no liner needed. Only a very faint sweet smell and no taste to it, which is fine with me. Very hydrating and gentle on the lips. However, it doesn’t really leave as much of a stain as it suggests, although some slight tint does remain after the main glossiness wears off. Definitely needed to reapply after a couple of hours to maintain the color.
Would buy again, though, just because it’s so pretty and so moisturizing at a very reasonable price

Let’s be real, this is not a stain. It stains about as much as regular lipstick that’s worn off. That being said, its hydrating and make my lips feel smooth. This is kind of in between a lipstick and a lip gloss in my opinion. I think if it removed the “stain” from the description it would be 100% accurate. As is, it is not the long lasting lip stain I was looking for but I might use it for other purposes.

Really surprised by how great this is. I love the red color I got ‘le rouge’ something.. But it is a pretty good lip stain. So good that I am going to buy more colors in this formula since I like it so much.
Too, It doesn’t make my lips numb or tingly, & it isn’t a pain to put on. Also, it lasts a good little bit. Not a great long time, but not bad either.
There’s no bad taste or smell either.
Just a good makeup product that does exactly what it should.

I bought the color Worth it, which is listed as a pinky nude. While the color in the bottle may look like a lighter pinky peach color, after a minute on the lips, it deepens to a light medium neutral pink color with a tiny bit of peach in it. It is a very wearable, every color, but may be too much for those who prefer muted or desaturated lip colors. The texture is nice, it applies glossy similar to the Nyx lip IV, and dries down to a comforable hydrating texture. I have enjoy applying a lip oil once the gloss has dried down. I am a chronic lip biter and licker, so I was pleasantly surpised to see a moderate stain leftover once I left work. It is also beautiful for a sheer blush! I love using this product for both my lip and cheeks, and actually prefer this to the more pigmented blushes that are popular. In the photo, I am wearing this lip stain on both the cheeks and lips, with my favorite $3 waterproof gel lip liner in the color mauve from Wet N Wild. I had applied my makeup around 4 hours earlier in the day. This is a great lip stain for those whose lip stains never seem to last more than a few hours. I think I would have preferred the color Worth It Medium for my neutral olive skin, since its a bit more muted from the photos online. I am glad I bought this on a whim! 8/10.

I’ve been hunting for a good drugstore lip stain and I think I’ve finally found one. I love the color – it’s a beautiful earthy reddish brown. The formula doesn’t last as long as I’d like and the smell is a little odd, but overall it goes on nicely and doesn’t dry out my lips. I find that it gives a good blurred lip look rather than a glam type look, so this is best for folks looking for a more natural look. You can apply it multiple times to get a darker more even stain, but overall, I find that the color can be replenished with a quick swipe of chapstick or gloss after a couple of hours. Overall, I love it and was pleasantly surprised – I will definitely be purchasing this color again!

Wish I could give 3.5 stars. I am happy with my purchase but not in love with this product. The stain does apply nicely and feels very moisturizing while not sticky or heavy. However, I would not classify as glossy by any means. The stain itself is a bold color but needs to be reapplied with eating or drinking or just after a couple hours. Also, I found that it has a perfumy old lady like scent, which surprised me. I think I would give 4 stars if a little lower in price. I am a big fan of the plump ambition lip oil in comparison.

Obsessed with this. I even use it as cheek color and then some. The color is perfect for my light/neutral skin tone. I love the serum formula that sinks in and moisturizes. No stickiness at all. Bought this on a whim! Okay I really love the color. It’s soft and beautiful. This gloss goes on wet looking and dries down matte. It’s a bit sticky at first that’s why I gave it 4/5 stars but that does resolve itself as it dries. It’s very long lasting, doesn’t smudge or come off with regular wear. I can get a 12 hour shift out of it. It’s definitely worth the price. I wear mine with a lipliner. I don’t really love the applicator but it’s not bad. It does dry my lips slightly but it’s manageable since I’m not wearing it daily.

The berry is my favorite color of all the lip tints.
It looks very natural on the lips and isn’t drying.
The formula feels lightweight and comfortable, not heavy or sticky, and it gives a soft, slightly blurred finish. It’s easy to apply and looks flattering even without a full face of makeup.
The only downside is that it doesn’t last very long and fades after about 3-4 hours or eating or drinking, so you’ll need to reapply throughout the day. It does make for a good lasting base under a lipgloss though.
Overall, it’s a pretty, easy-to-wear lip tint that’s great for a natural look, just not the most long-wearing.

As a lip product fanatic, I had this in and out of my cart repeatedly just because I already have so much. When it went on sale, I pulled the trigger. And I’m glad. I like this. The color I chose, Berry Jolie, is just what I wanted. It’s lovely, a bright but not too bright berry that really brightens my face (light-fair), and highlights my blue eyes (l’ Oreal kills it on sophisticated colors).
The formula does what it says. It’s most definitely hydrating. The gloss stays glossy for a good amount of time, if you like that look. Not through eating or drinking, but none do, unless you get one if those shellac products that destroy your lips.
I took one star of because the stain is very, very faint and not super-long lasting. It’s very pretty, however. The applicator is great, making it quite easy to accurately apply without going all over the place. There is no real scent I can discern, which is also a plus.
TL;DR: worth the money.

I found the stain was very light and didnt last very long. Plus, there is an odd flavor and odor to the lip stain. I would not call this a stain. This is at best a tint.
I really wanted to like this stain, but find Elf lip stains much, much better. There just isn’t enough pigment for any impact.

Beautiful color and is lightweight. Doesn’t leave a thick goopy feeling like other serum’s do. The stain doesn’t last as long as I thought it would but other than that it’s perfect to finish your makeup look without overwhelming it.
