These recipes are mind boggling. Some of them are shocking and the explanations behind some of the ingredients will blow you away! Right when you think you can guess the reason for using one thing, and you find yourself overthinking it tremendously, the explanation ends up being so elementary. I found myself going DUH sometimes! But most other times I am in awe of all of the information I am learning from the book. You definitely need this book in your life and for your practice. It’s forever in my library and I will be referring to it OFTEN. Get your copy. It will not disappoint.

This is a nice book of fairly comprehensive oil recipes that are good for the beginner and even some of us who have been doing this a while find this book useful as a reference.

I am into all things woo woo. I have many blends I have purchased in shops and online but wanted to give it a try myself. I am also planning on making blends for family and friends for the holidays. I actually already have most of the called for ingredients, huge plus!
The big is small but it gets right down to business, no fluff or filler for word count.
The blends are legit and I practice other ritual work that use the same ingredients. I like that she mentions substitutions in the beginning so you don’t need to worry if you can’t find something or don’t want to spend a bunch of money. I do wish she dove more into carry oils. Also gives info/recipe for graveyard dirt, salts and inks.
I am looking forward to making bewitched charm oil and road opener. Great value, even at its small size. I will be using this as a resource for years to come.

A much-needed book. Don’t let the size fool you, this volume is jam-packed with great classic recipes, and clear, on-spot information about salts, powder, water, dirt, oils, etc. If you’re a fan of the classic works of Anna Riva or Tarostar, you will really, appreciate this. Unlike the Anna Riva books though, there are no religious/biblical attachments to this contemporary work, leaving it more accessible to anyone, despite their spiritual or non-spiritual belief.
The price is right, speedy delivery, well written much needed resource, I can’t say enough great things about this book. Very happy that I decided to purchase it. This book will serve me well for the rest of my life. A definite keepsake. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

120 blends in this book, including oils, dry powders, salts, charmed waters, magic inks and good tips all throught the book. There is something in it for most everybody and many situations. Good value. Its possible some more experienced witches can find something new in here, too.
Nice cover for this book, both front and back.

Some blends are unexpectedly simple and inexpensive, but very effective. Other blends are more expensive, with many ingredients, but 98-99% are the basic stuff for any dedicated witch, that is used for various spells. There are some tips on page 8 about replacements, if the need comes.

As a whole, it’s a good book with useful info and practical advice from personal experience. Had a good laugh reading the story about going to rent a place, because the end was unexpected. Wish more detail would have been given about the note inside the bottle as it looked that it had helped to provide some protection and knowledge about an unsuitable place. This spell could be useful to many people, to avoid an unsatisfactory job, place, or situation.
I like that there are lots of protection blends in this book for many circumstances, from annoying gossipy people, dishonest business people, negative thoughts and energies, to curses and hexes.

As a beginner, I find the stories helpful in showing how to use some blends or how to extend the use of them, so hopefully, a Grimoire or a Book of Spells will come soon. I believe it will be an interesting book.

I *LOVE* a good reference book! This book has recipes for so many oils and powders. It dips into different preparations and gives instructions for mixing your products in a way that’s informative. If you’re looking for a reference and recipe book that goes into traditional preparations with thorough explanations and thought out guidance, this is your book. You get so much information for a low price, and it’s worth every penny and more. Highly recommend.

Not a super thick books but I got alot of information out of it! Great reference book to go alone side other oils books…. Has a lot of recipes from basic herbs and inks to charmed water and famous blends. It’s basic stuff which I feel not all books explain for example how your thoughts, feelings, and emotions effects the blends that your mixing so make sure your focused.. this might be common sence to most but I sometime like to have even the very basics and obvious down on paper for me to actually read. If I did have a suggestion it would be to have some correspondence listed with teh receipts. Doesn’t have to go into super crazy details like what tarot cards works for this kind of spell but ya know day of the week, moon phase, color, …. That sort of thing list of basic correspondence. And as easy as it could be to just look up really quick it just would be another step that Would be nice to have along side this. Other then that I appreciate the simplicity of it, pretty to the point and basic.

Just finished reading the entire book. I thoroughly enjoyed every page, filled with so much information and guidance for the beginner and the novice, written with knowledge and insight for each ingredient and end result. The ingredients were explained in detail as to source and preparation with mixture and substitution and what each recipe is commonly referred to as well as the use of various preparations.
