The chair was everything my wife was hoping for! Very comfortable and fits her frame perfectly being 5’2” tall.
The chair arrived in a day of ordering even though it gave me a window of a week to 10 days for delivery and we weren’t quite prepared for it.
But the major problem was the delivery company, which is not the usual delivery service for Amazon parcels. The man starts taking down the two boxes from the back of the truck and load them on the dolly. While doing so, I asked him if he could bring up the three stairs on the front walkway and bring them through the front door. He started with the heavy box first which contained the main frame of the chair and I could see it was heavy. He struggled to lift it up the stairs and I offered to help him. He said he could just leave it in the driveway. I asked him again if I helped him can we please get the boxes up the stairs as I am a recent heart transplant recipient and wouldn’t be able to lift it by myself.
We both proceeded to lift the heavy box, by rolling it up one step at a time until we got it up to the walkway. He then got The much lighter box and brought it up the three steps. As I was waiting for him to help bring the boxes the rest of the 25 ft. to the front door, he proceeded to put the dolly back in the truck, pulled the back door down, walked through the truck to the front seat and drove off. I was flabbergasted. He said nothing, not even goodbye.
After about an hour I was able to get the chair into the house and into place. Assembly was quite easy. Within 15 minutes I had the chair put together and operational. The features of the chair is what my wife loves. Especially the extended footrest as now her feet no longer hangs over the footrest when she reclines! Also the heat feature is a bonus as she has a bad back and the heat is very soothing. The dual motor is a great feature as you can lift the footrest and / or backrest independently.
We chose the blue colour fabric material chair which she loves. The deep rich navy blue colour really accents the room and the fabric material gives you that warm and cosy feeling when you sit in it.
Overall, she is very happy with the chair…except with the delivery person.

Really wonderful lift chair! This chair not only works well to assist in lifting the user up and down but also offers massage and heat.
It has an extended footrest and the headrest is very comfortable.
It was really easy to assemble. Took two of us about 30 minutes from unboxing to completion.
Really not bad. We got the maroon and it’s a nice color. Got it for my husband who is 6’1” and 200 pounds and it fits him perfectly. His feet don’t hang over the end and his head rests easily on the headrest.
All in all a very nice purchase!

I bought this lift chair to help after my abdominal surgery. I was worried about the qualtity because it was only a few hundred dollars more than renting a similar chair (although the rental didn’t have all the features). However, I have been pleasently surprised. It came quickly, was easy to assemble, and so far works great (1 month in). It’s also really comfortable and the lift feature works well. I chose the fabric upolstery which is very soft. I have even been able to sleep comfortably in full recline mode. Is it the most fashionable chair, no, but I really didn’t see many better options online (especially for the price). I heartily recommend this chair.

Very fast delivery, came in 3 boxes which makes it more manageable for bringing inside. Straight forward instructions for easy set up. Ordered the largest size, works well for a person 6’3”. I wasn’t sure about ordering this online, without seeing it somewhere. Holly smokes is this a WONDERFUL chair. Easy to set up, the Grey color is nice and luxurious looking, so soft, the heat and massage is just great. The chair is not noisy, the dual motor is great.
The delivery man went above and beyond to help me put it inside the front door. I’m 65 years old, and I’m telling you this chair you can’t get anywhere for the price. I’ve looked at lazy boy and other stores for a recliner like this and couldn’t find anything comparable at ALL.
I’m over the Moon 🌙. I would have never thought Amazon would have a product like this.

The chair has a really nice soft and cozy cover. The blue color is beautiful. The power movement provides comfort and ease of position change. The vibrating feature and the heat feature both work very well and provide additional measures of comfort. The power lift is easy to use and works well. The chair is taller than I thought and it is firm. The smaller chair I had before was softer.

I found it easier to open both ends of the box and lift the box off leaving the bottom of the seat on the floor. Would obviously be easier with 2 people. Once out the box, you just need to click the back in, plug a few wires in (fairly idiot proof) and zip the arm cushions on. I managed to do 2 in about an hour, so not too difficult. The instructions are very easy to follow.
The chair itself is very comfortable and does everything advertised. It does it all very quietly and very easily. Delighted with them so far, and feel very good value for money. Would definitely recommend!

This is the 1st review of an item I’ve ever written. I appreciate other reviews so here goes.
My chair was delivered to the wrong address. Luckily the neighbor down the street knew me and carted it up the street to my house. The boxes were in bad shape. Both had tears and big dent marks on them. I was so glad that inside the recliner was still in good shape.
As for the recliner it self, I bought the small as I am 5’1” and 115 #. My husband was able to put it together in about 20 minutes. The directions were easy to understand.
When sitting my 1st impression was that it was rather firm but still ok. When in the zero gravity position it is very comfortable and I will be using it for recovering after surgery. The heat option seems to get warmer at the very base of my spine which can be uncomfortable. The movements seem very slow but this is my first experience with an electronic recliner so maybe that’s normal. My husband who is 5’10” and 210# says he finds it very comfortable. It does look nice and I hope it holds up well.

Very heavy box!! I had to push the box into the house across the floor as I couldn’t even lift it onto a dolly! Ugh.
It came packed very nicely. The instructions are easy to follow except for the control hookups aren’t as detailed as I would like. But came together eventually as the pictures show.
The remote lacks the option to return the footrest; I have to push home and the back then goes with it. There isn’t an indicator light of stopping, the button simply won’t go any longer. The remote is well lite and pictures indicate the buttons’ function. Both are great for my aging mom, though it still confuses her with her lack of cognition.
The chair is soft and beautiful!! I love the super soft fabric and color! However, the seat itself is more rigid than expected, especially with the softness of the arms! It sits higher than lap level. I’m glad I ordered the small chair as mom’s feet barely touch the floor. She is 95 years old, 5’6″ tall and less than 100 pounds, so it is large even for her. I’m 70, 5’5″, 160 pounds and I’m glad I ordered the small size.
I don’t think the massage is that great, it is noise. It confused mom, so I’ll tuck it in the arm pocket and forget about it. Unfortunately, the heat control gives no indication of what portion of the chair is being heated or for how long, nor does it indicate an auto shut-off. She would love that feature as she is always cold. But without assurance of its function, I can’t use it. I’ll try calling the company to get some answers and update this later if successful.
All in all, it is great! Yet, I would order it again. The seat is too stiff to sit on for any length of time, though the cushion is padded very nicely! I’m not certain what that solution would be… I’m used to the sagging of old furniture perhaps…

The fabric on this chair is very soft, the cushioning is above average, but the color was Way Off (this is the only reason so far for the 4 star review) I ordered the blue which showed as a royal blue, but it is a deep navy almost black color. Assembly was easy, (my hubby is very handy with this) I ordered the medium-wide size, I’m 5’3″ and it fits me very well. All the electronics work as they should. I do notice a small side movement when using the lift at the very beginning, but then it becomes smooth all the way up. I have arthritis in my lower back and this will really help on days that it flares up. I’m also looking at knee replacement and this will allow me to take care of myself sooner with less help getting out of a chair. This is a very large chair and needs enough clearance to get to the Zero Gravity setting. But with an open floor design I do have room for it. I like the footrest extension and find this chair to be so very comfortable, it is well worth the price with the options that it provides. The only downside of this chair is the color, but I can change that with the simple addition of a throw blanket or cover. I had shopped around at local furniture stores and none offered the Zero Gravity (which I really wanted), they cost thousands of dollars so I was a bit nervous that this was so affordable, but this chair has all the bells and whistles and is Very Affordable. I purchased the extended warranty so I don’t have any worries for the next 2 years as far as the motors go. This is well worth the money and I’m very happy with my purchase.

This chair is comfortably plush and big. My 6’4″ husband was having trouble sleeping after an operation, and this fully reclining chair did the trick! It’s a beautiful blue and extra wide and long. It took 2 people to put together, but it didn’t take long. The heat and massage are a bonus! I would definitely recommend this chair.

Our chair packages arrived three days apart, but it was just before Chistmas. The base is very heavy, I unpacked it on the porch and sort of walked it into the house.
Assembly instructions are well written and assembly is very intuitive and easy.
My wife who is recovering from surgery is very happy with the chair, she no longer needs help to stand up.
The only problem I’ve had is “rehoming” the chair after a power outage. We live in a rural area, outages are not unusual. Fortunately the outage was momentary, we had to press the “Lift” button to return to home. The remote doesn’t work per instructions but after repeated tries I finally got it to recognize home. Next time I’ll try rebooting with the chair at home position.
I have a battery on order to eliminate this issue in the future, especially during a prolonged outage. Even a computer UPS would be enough to return the chair to home position.
This chair is comfortable well built, beautiful, and half the price of the one I bought from a medical supply twenty years ago.
We are well satisfied.

I was skeptical when I saw this chair arrive in 3 boxes. The delivery people helped me slide the smaller boxes into the house as they were not allowed to come in. Fortunately, my son is a big guy and helped me bring the largest box inside as it weighed 100 lbs. No need to worry. Assembly is simple but one needs to open all the boxes to find the instructions. I ordered this for my father, who is now 96. I put off getting him a lift chair as long as I could to preserve his muscle strength. The chair is oversized and although my Dad weighs only 175 lbs., he is tall and this chair is the appropriate height for him. So far, he has only sat in it for five minutes. He has dementia and is wary of anything new to him. However, I have tried it out and I love it. I know Dad will love it too when he acclimates to it. The heat and massage features are wonderful and fully adjustable, although a person with dementia will quickly forget how they work and will need help to operate them. The price was great also for the features it has. I didn’t want to spend a lot, knowing that my Dad probably does not have many years left to enjoy it but it sure is a luxury, compared to the old recliner he had for at least 20 years that he refused to replace.

I’m writing this review after owning this chair since 2023. I LOVE it! I’ve had it since I had a major surgery and needed it to help me go from sitting to standing and as a place to sleep during my recovery. Ever since then, this chair has been my best friend! I’ve watched tv in it, played video games in it, and enjoy it on nights when my bed just isn’t getting me to sleep. The vibration functions still work very well, though the one at the feet has shifted over time. That and the heat are my favorite features. I also love the big pillowy arms, seat, and back that make napping in it enjoyable!
The chair features a deep, zero-gravity recline feature that you will love so much for lazy days or when you’re supposed to be “watching a movie together” but you’re actually just going to sleep through it. The tilt is wonderful and takes you from sit to stand at a nice, slow and steady pace. The chair is a solid and sturdy piece of furniture and the fact that it has lasted me this long is entirely impressive! I never imagined it would have held up this long without any issues, but it surprises me every day! I have the terry/suede material version and it is so soft, comfy, and easy to clean. I tend to use the cup holders for storing my remote and there are side storage pockets for the two control remotes used for the massage and lift/tilt functions. This is just a great chair! Hands down the best chair I could have hoped for. It has more features for less money than most “top of the line” chairs.
