I only use Meat Church seasoning and brines. Matt and his team have perfected the spices and I wish it was locally available to cut down on the delivery times which also is not too bad to be honest.

I’m an old, white male and many of us accidentally fall into some fashion of meat preparation as a hobby… Mine is smoking meat. This is currently my favorite and has been for the last few years, but you never know. Maybe I’ll find a better one but for right now, this is number one.

This stuff is great. Only buy as you need it. After about 30 days it tends to clump up. Use it fresh and makes food taste amazing. I use it on all my meat and eggs. I use it in mac n cheese, on bacon and eggs. I have bought so much of this stuff I should probably get a discount. Maybe I should buy it in buckets for my large events.

High quality versatile spices that can be used in more than just beef! I put this stuff on everything and both are great.
Not spicy at all and leaves an excellent bark on ribs and brisket.
I usually will use a mustard binder then coat liberally with holy cow as base and a bit of gospel added in.
My wife used up all the gospel real quick so I’ll be back for more soon.
