I’ve used this product for years as my favorite food seasoning. Nice flavors without tasting too much like herbs or chemicals.

I’ve used this product for more than 10 years, and I love it. I was using too much salt so I figured using this was a way to cut back on salt intake. The product contains salt but it also contains crushed veggies and spices. You only need a little bit; you do not sprinkle as much on the food as you would normal salt. Don’t use this AND salt. It is very fine and looks a little like pepper, so make sure your guests know it is NOT pepper. It’s very salty but not because of a lot of salt, but rather from the crushed veggies and spices, as well as salt. Taste it first on your finger before sprinkling on food. I love it and would never return to table salt!

I’ve been using this product for decades. It is more difficult to find it in health food stores now for some reason. I’m happy to order it on Amazon. It is a nice salt substitute although it does contain some salt.
