Quality product. The scraper is made of heavy stainless steel. I was pleasantly surprised that this was such a high quality product for such a low price. It works great on my hand to break up scar tissue

This muscle scraping tool is a good size, and thickness for the price. I see it holding up well over time. It can with a little sleeve to put it in when not in use which was a nice touch. The only thing I would be careful of if you haven’t used one before be careful how much pressure you are using as it seemed to cause a bit of damage under the skin. It went away in about 25 hours but just something to be aware of.

This scraper is durable, good quality and well designed. I use it for trigger points in my calf after leg fracture. Bought massage cream to make the scraper flow easier and not as irritating to skin. Looked at several different kinds of scrapers. My medical massage therapist recommended this and Im glad she did. It does relieve pain with regular use.

Buy it now! Instant relief for Plantar fasciitis. I have been suffering with extreme pain in my heel for over 8 weeks. Icing, stretching, all the things. Why not try a 10.00 tool? I was very skeptical but also desperate for some relief. I looked up “muscle scraping for plantar fasciitis” on youtube. Simple, rub the tool over your plantar fascia and on both sides of your heel to release the achilles. It feels soooooo good. Overnight, I was stretching my foot around and wiggling my toes. I didnt feel any pain. I thought, this can’t be right. Morning came and I got out of the bed and walked like a normal person. Prior to this morning, I could not walk without my shoes. It was so incredibly painful. I just cant believe this actually worked. It’s so simple. I am so grateful. I also have bicep tendonitis. The process for muscle scraping works here as well. Seems to be basically indestructible. Nice size. I just use it as a strigil and not for muscle treatment so I have no opinion on that possible use, but it gets rid of water off the limbs well enough.

For the price I paid, I was afraid this would be a little chintzy. Its not at all. Its very sturdy and smooth. It does seem to help loosen up my IT band. Its too soon to tell if it will give long term relief
