**UPDATE** I used to really like these the 400mg formula actually worked actually did something, Unfortunately they changed the formula and now it’s only a 200mg formula and it doesn’t do anything. What makes me really upset is the fact that they didn’t tell anybody that they had changed the formula they kept advertising it for the 400mg formula and selling the 200mg formula. I hate when companies take a great product and destroy it making it worse, all for a higher profit margin. sad to see

I didn’t feel anything. It didn’t make me feel any different. Idk why, maybe I was expecting a high or euphoric feeling. But then I realized I repainted my bathroom, fully cleaned my house, floors and all, sorted the yard, cleaned my car. So yeah, it for sure for me in a flow state, I just didn’t realize I was “flowing” until looking back at what I’d achieved. Now that felt great. Would I buy again, idk. It for sure has a build up to it, so I may give it a pause before reordering just to see if my flow state stays or dies. One other thing, no directions on how to take it. I thought they sachets would dissolve in your mouth, but they don’t. They kinda stay very well intact and I guess you suck on them or chew on them. I didn’t like that, so I’d cut them open and pour the contents into my mouth. The taste is nice, just on the edge of sucralose, but not. I can’t tolerate sucralose, the lingering after taste. But these don’t have that, tho almost.

What we had was great, but the new design and change of the pouches has ruined this product. The wintergreen tastes like chemicals, and leaves a disgusting aftertaste that makes me not want to use them anymore. The quality has gone so downhill, and they burn the ever loving hell out of your lips now. I really liked the old product, but this new design is just terrible!

First off I enjoyed the flavor of the product. I purchased the blue razz flavor. If you like blue raspberry, this is perfect for you! I started for the first 3 days using 4 to 5 a day, then I went to using 4 average a day. The benefits I experienced were very positive. I felt more productive, energized and felt a sense of increased focus within the first 10 minutes of using a pouch after the 3 day period. Its important to stick with the time frame and use the recommended dosage. Think of it as a natural, clean, caffeine boost with extra benefits if you must. I found the sweet spot using the pouches to be 30 minutes. Overall I find it to be a very effective product for focus, energy and feeling productive. The ingredients are quality and very beneficial!

What a shame, they changed it and now its not good at all. the old flavor I loved. it was helping me to stop chewing, they changed it up and now it is so bad. burning gums, nasty taste. Very sad as now I will have to find something else that works as good as the old flows worked for me.. very sad.. 🙁

Obviously these don’t give you the kick that nicotine pouches do but they are still great for habit replacement from nicotine pouches/zyn pouches… and they have health benefits. Also the taste is not too bad. And it does give me an energy boost with more clarity when I was doing shows using them for higher focus.

First time trying and I did like it. I started feeling the flow state after the third pouch. Minty flavors maybe a little abrasive to the gums, but nothing unbearable. It would be ideal for this to come in a smaller size for those who want to try. 100 pouches may be to big of a sample for first timers.

The old formula used to taste great. Not sure what they did to this new formula but they are terrible. I had two separate orders of the newer formula, each containing 5 cans and on the second order, I only received 1 can. I tried to contact support with no response. Glad to have spent money worth 5 cans only to receive 1 and they didn’t make things right.

Quality product! I did not notice a physical difference ( no shakes, or jitters or “surge of energy”) BUT.. I absolutely accomplished more- I was very focused and was able to not respond to distractions. I have the tasks down to a find art and previously, because of my experience and what I believed was focus on task- I believe it helped to quiet the background noise that occurs at any job- I was able to keep working down the list without stopping to make another cup of coffee, without clicking my email each time a new email arrived. I was pleasantly surprised at the results- I have used a product very similar to the Flow – but they were of higher concentration-and did not realize the benefits- so when I saw the 200– I believed it would not be of any help– but I could really tell the difference in work performance and focus, so even though I did not feel the ‘surge’ of energy- I know it was there so all the benefits of a sure, without the crash that follows any surge. The price is what you can expect to pay for this product and it is a good value.
My only request? I would like a cinnamon flavor in this product

For the first 15-25 mins, this product is a 5-star. The flavor profile is top-notch, and it made me not miss nicotine. After that, the flavor rapidly went away. For the price point on this, lasting only 15-25 minutes of flavor, approximately 25-35 mins of less than stellar flavor, this is why I gave it a 3-star. Alpha Mushroom Pouches are similar in pricing, and in my experience, the flavor lasted a lot longer than these. It is unfortunate, because when comparing both products within the first 15-25 minutes, I would pick Flow every day. I just need something that lasts longer, like the real thing, and this product is not it.

I always use mushroom in my coffee and I’m trying out new things. The pouches are individual, for one use so meant to use them directly in your mouth. The taste is pleasant. But sometimes I still put them in my coffee anyway.

I could feel the effects: cleared brain fog, could focus more. However, this product gave me severe stomach and digestion issues. I’m assuming the alcohol sugars cause this. I would suggest sampling this product to see if you react this way too before buying a bunch.
