For the price I was expecting these to be either dull or in super weird shapes, but they’re all either teardrop or oval and most of them even have a really nice flash! I’ll be ordering more gems from this seller for sure, the price is excellent for what I got.

I tried to reach out to them and got no response after a week. I thought I was going to get 5 from the photo or similar to the ones they have/had on their product page. Three are similar with only two being really colorful. The other two are not with one being really white. I’m not going through with a replacement because it is FALSE advertising. They were well packaged but that doesn’t matter if all 5 aren’t similar to those in the photo. I only wanted the 2 replaced. See photo of what I received and the photo of what they show they are supposed to be or be like (in case they change it). I’m normally very pleased with Amazon purchases but this is one I’m very disappointed in. I do wish all 5 were similar to what they show on the website. Should they decide to give me 2 colorful ones, I’m happy to change my rating and feedback. Buyer beware.

My cabachons came packaged VERY carefully. When I took them out of the nice little bag I was DE-lighted!! Such unexpected Quality and Wonderful colors! Until I decide how to use them in jewelry (SO many possibilities), I have them on my bathroom counter under a really nice light. EVERY time I see them I get happier.

Let the pics speak for themselves. Shall we address the elephant in the room now?? These stones are of extremely poor quality, they look as if someone has ground down the edges AFTER they were apparently coated with something I dare not ask about (see the pic of the overrun drip on the back of one of the teardrop pieces), in an attempt to mount them to bezels maybe? They appear to be quite used!! As you can see in the pics, each one of the 5 cabs I received is not only missing a chunk (some of which are pretty good sized chunks) but is ground down around the edges and the coating is peeling off in some places. Needless to say, I will be requesting a refund immediately. I do NOT recommend these at all!! I’m extremely disappointed, these arrived today just before I had to leave for a doc appointment and didn’t get to examine them up close until now, 2.5 hours later when I got home. I ordered these specifically for a jewelry order (wire wrap) and now I will have to explain the delay in completing that order to my customer 😡. Not happy at all!!!!! The plastic box the baggie of cabs came in was completely wrapped in shiney and plasticy beige packing tape to the point you couldn’t even see the box inside. These are going to be returned immediately.

Received items that appear they were likely returned after someone tried their hand at carving them. The carving is rough and raw with cracks and unpolished so doubt it was something that was supposed to have been done by the company. Sadly they did not do basic review of the return before shipping out as a new item. That is issue with Laboridte I have and will be returning. One other stone had sticky glue residue on all the stones but was able to rub that residue off. All the other stone types I ordered and recieved are in excellent shape and luster so will be providing the exceptional reviews deserved by those individual orders.
Will be requesting a replacement of these as had I not gotten someone’s poor attempt at carving they returned I am sure would have loved them since these were great sizes and shapes and areas not scratched up had nice polish and shine.

I was expecting it to be more like their pictures which shows a majority of brown with white speckles. More of a chocolate brown than the reddish brown shown in their pictures. I wouldn’t have ordered them if I knew they were mostly white. I liked the range of sizes on both. Azurite was worth the price, I wouldn’t buy the magnesite again.

The picture looked great. This is perhaps the ugliest stone I have ever seen. The picture did not show the scale and the inclusions are huge and hideous. If there had been an item of known size in the picture (such as a quarter or dime) I would have known this was not at all what I was looking for.
