Deffinetly not as colorful as shown in the photos they chose to advertise with but based off of the shine and layers of the stones I do believe they are genuine. They have the lasagna layers that show how the rock was formed. To me, still very pretty and meaningfull for what I’m using them for. If you plan on purchasing on looks alone I’d reconsider. Stones with high color, shine, and clarity are more expensive since they are considered higher quality so you get what you pay for. I consider this purchase worth my money.

I really like these beads BUT the rainbow effect isn’t really there. They look mostly black unless you hold them in the light just right. And most of the beads are blackish, not much rainbow.
