William J. Bahr –
I recently tried out these electrolyte packets during a trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by their performance. As someone who enjoys outdoor activities, staying hydrated and up on electrolytes is essential, and these packets proved to be a great companion.
Pros: The flavor is reminiscent of a light lemon tea, making it an easy choice for hydration. They dissolve easily in water, with no clumps or residue left behind, producing a smooth drink.
Cons: I needed scissors to open the individual packets, which could be inconvenient in a pinch.
In conclusion, these electrolyte packets are a solid choice for anyone looking for a tasty and effective hydration and electrolyte solution, especially during lengthy activities like biking, where bringing bottles of sports drinks is not an option. I felt refreshed and hydrated afterward, making them a worthwhile addition to my gear. I recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable electrolyte drink.

I’ve been using the fruit punch flavor of this hydration and energy drink mix, and it’s been a solid choice for me. It has prebiotics, which I appreciate since I deal with reflux and this hasn’t caused any flare-ups. The ingredient list is also clean—sugar-free, made with stevia, and no artificial colors or vague “natural flavors.”
The taste does take a little getting used to if you’re accustomed to sugar, but I think it’s good, especially when diluted more than the directions suggest. The packet says 12–16 oz of water, but I usually mix mine with 20–30 oz. That makes it lighter and smoother. Mixing in a regular cup with a spoon tends to leave clumps, so I recommend a shaker bottle or water bottle for the best texture.
In terms of performance, I notice a clear difference when I’m working out or spending time outdoors—it helps with hydration and energy without making me feel weighed down.
I’ve also tried the mandarin and lemon lime flavors (sold separately), and they all taste good. It’s nice being able to switch up the flavors depending on my mood.
Overall, I prefer this mix over other hydration powders I’ve tried because of the clean ingredients, flavor variety, and the fact that it’s gentle on my stomach while still doing the job.

The only reason I’m not giving this a full five stars is due to the price point. It is just around $2 a packet and I feel like this is very comparable to Karma water which is a full bottle that you buy pretty much ready made at the store and those are around $1.75 each. You would think that with these having less Packaging they would be a little bit cheaper. That being said these absolutely taste fantastic I have zero issues with them they offer great hydration I love having probiotic water in my day which is why I’m comparing them to the karma Waters as they taste and operate about the same. I am looking forward to trying more as they do have good B vitamins and electrolytes in them as well. Overall I am very pleased.
Here’s my rating scale for products:
1 Star: Do not buy. This item has serious flaws. I would never under any circumstances use again.
2 Stars: Do not buy. Its usable at best, but you could easily find something better.
3 Stars: Just ok. Buy if you can’t find an alternative. Some issues need to be addressed.
4 Stars: Recommend purchase. This item met my expectations.
5 Stars: I love this product and would highly recommend to friends & family.
Additional Information: As a Vine reviewer, I know that people depend on these early revies as I to depend on reviews when shopping on Amazon. I fully intend to give honest insights. Because I pay taxes on the retail value of the products I receive (approximately 40%, which includes 15.3% for Social Security/Medicare taxes and 25% for Federal Income taxes), I will not only leave a review, but should my view change I will update the review as well.

I ordered this product due to its apparent claims for being naturally slimming, sugar-free, and providing electrolytes, hydration, energy, and prebiotics for gut health. Technically, the product has delivered, although I am still waiting to see the first-hand effects on gut health. However, my expectations when I ordered the product were somewhat greater. I am guessing that naturally slimming relates to being sugar-free. Electrolytes and hydration, well, it is mostly water, your water, but the electrolytes I thought should be on the order of Gatorade’s 4 to 1 sodium to potassium replacement for exercise perspiration. However, this version goes in the recognized “healthy” version of 1 to 4, so it is not really a “sports” drink but a health drink. And it’s not really an “energy” drink as such, one that uses caffeine, sugar, and other stimulants, but an energy-supporting drink, using vitamins. All this is fairly laid out in the product description. Other reviewers claim that the powder doesn’t dissolve easily. I found that to be the case for my first effort (without reading the instructions), using cold water. But the instructions (“Real men don’t need instructions!?”) say to use room temperature or warm water. Sure enough, it dissolves, especially with a bit of vigorous stirring. I didn’t think the color (a little hazy, maybe even somewhat grayish) was exactly right for lemon-lime, but my wife thought it fit the description. I was at first a little put off by the price per stick, but a check of other Amazon products showed me that it was moderately priced. So this is definitely not just flavored water. I recognize the value of gut health and would imagine it might take more or many days for the product’s prebiotics to show their value. Overall then, and given what I have said, the product has delivered, albeit not quite the way I had expected.

The tap water where I live is borderline undrinkable. It tastes and smells awful. So I always filter my water, which helps, but doesn’t fix everything. To cover up the flavor and odor that remains, I buy water flavoring options. I’ve used powders and liquids. I’ve used fruits and flavored ice cubes. I really prefer the powders over anything else because they are the most flexible for when I need to travel. They don’t get me stopped by TSA or anyone else. They won’t drip in my suitcase, and they are super easy to use. Open it, pour it into a bottle of water, and away you go. One caveat here: I find that most powders are very strongly flavored, so I use more than the 16 ounces of water recommended.
My normal cup for water is a 40 ounce steel lined cup. I drink from this every day. I’m used to having 1 tube of powder (0.36 ounces in the case of this one) be more than strong enough to flavor all 40 ounces of ice and water.
I found that these still tended to be a little strong for my taste. But that’s fine. I can manage by adding a little less ice and a little more water. These taste rather like Sweetart candies with that sour punch of citric acid. I’m a rather big fan of those candies and sour candies in general, so this is also not a problem.
I really appreciate that these are sugar free. Not because I’m particularly worried about sugar, but just because I prefer not to have added sugar in the water that I drink all day.
Here’s the downside to this. Yes, the flavor can be really overpowering, but that’s something you can work around. The biggest issue I have is that the powder does not dissolve. I’ve included a picture of the end of my steel straw at the end of the day. The picture of the powder over ice was taken at 11:30am. The straw with the gunk on it was taken at 8:30pm. During that time I’d used a 1 litre bottle of club soda to fill my cup. Between the ice and the soda water, I had somewhere around 50-55 ounces of water over the course of the day. (Which is actually a low amount for me, but that’s beside the point.) Between the carbonation and hauling my cup from room to room, swirling the contents, stirring with the straw, there is no way that I can justify having undissolved powder at the bottom of my cup after roughly 9 hours.
So my overall impression is mixed. The flavor isn’t bad (as long as you like fruit punch type flavors). It is strongly flavored, in my opinion, so it can flavor far more than just the one small bottle of water they suggest. It has electrolytes and prebiotics (allegedly), which are very good for you.
But I hate the gunk left at the bottom of my cup, no matter how much I stir, no matter what type of water I add… So I’m giving this 3 stars and would say it’s worth a try. Your mileage may vary.

As a runner, I need electrolyte drinks to help me during long runs. I sweat a LOT. I like electrolyte powders just for that. This one is good. I love how it tastes. It’s super tasty, and smells nice. The ingredients are mostly good. It does need much more NaCl, though. But, I can easily add that to my drink with table salt. I think the other big issue is that it’s not NSF Sport Certified, or 3rd party lab tested.
Fortysomethingsci –
Nice travel size packets of electrolyte powder- sugar free with an orange flavor. I can’t speak to the gut support and digestion, but they help with dydration when traveling. I keep a few packets in my bag for an emergency. Easy to open and dump in a bottle of water and shake up. Just like any powder mix, you need to make sure you have room in your bottle to shake vigerously in order for the power to dissolve sufficiently.

Electrolyte drinks like this are all the rage nowadays and having used several brands including the big names you see advertised all the time, I know a little about what to expect from these. Here are my thoughts upon use.
KUDOS: Arrived in good condition. Each sealed “vile” of the electrolyte mixture was easy to open and upon adding to a glass of room temperature water, it mixed quickly and easily. The mixture dissolved easily and did not leave a residue that I could tell, nor did I have the usual grainy, undissolved, sandy texture in my mouth when drinking. The flavor here (mandarine orange) tasted good without being overly sweet or artificial in taste. Unlike some, this does not have any effervescence so no fizzy, which is good because I don’t like fizzy drinks.
CONS: These are subjective to my own experience so each of us is different. For starters, I can’t state it provided me with any energy as there’s very few carbs in this and there’s nothing I can read on the label to suggest an added ingredient like caffeine, which would pep a person up. This is really about the hydration and it’s does a good job there but no energy boost that I can discern. Also, with 16 containers in the bag, that means that this comes in at about two bucks a serving so not exactly economical in that way.
OVERALL: I would probably order again but then again, there are lots of other options out there to consider as well.

I was hoping for a convenient hydration powder I could use on the go—but this one didn’t mix well, even after repeated shaking.
The flavor is great—bright and citrusy without tasting artificial—and I appreciate that it includes probiotics in addition to electrolytes. I used it with bottled water, as I do with all my powdered drinks: pour, shake, and drink. As long as you shake and dissolve the powder in room temperature water it dissolves just fine. If you prefer a cold drink, just add ice.
The powder format is convenient in theory, and I liked the idea of being able to hydrate when and where I want. Just don’t mix it in ice cold water, as the powder will not dissolve.
Update:
Finished the package—doesn’t dissolve in cold water, so I do not recommend it.

I’ve been looking for a sugar-free electrolyte option to help with my post-workout recovery, and these NaturalSlim packets caught my eye, especially with the added prebiotics.
Pros:
Effective Hydration: I definitely feel a difference in my energy and recovery after using these. The electrolytes seem to do their job well, and I feel less fatigued on days I use them.
Convenient: The individual packets are perfect for tossing in my gym bag or purse. It makes it super easy to get a quick hydration boost on the go without carrying a big container.
Gut-Health Bonus: I appreciate the inclusion of prebiotics. While it’s hard to measure a huge difference in the short term, the idea of supporting my gut health along with hydration is a big plus for me.
Cons:
Flavor Profile: The Mandarin Orange flavor is a bit artificial for my taste. It’s not bad, but it has that slightly processed “orange drink” taste rather than a fresh, citrusy one. I found it’s best when mixed with plenty of water.
Price Point: They’re a little on the expensive side for a single-use packet product. While the convenience is there, it’s not the most budget-friendly option for daily use.
Overall, it’s a great product that delivers on its promises. If you’re looking for a convenient, sugar-free electrolyte with a gut-health twist and don’t mind a slightly artificial flavor, these are a fantastic option. I’ll likely buy them again, but I might try a different flavor next time.

It does what it should, I feel far more hydrated after drinking it. Not really sure on the probiotic side as I use home made yogurt for that. The kids don’t mind the taste, but it’s also not their favorite. I would agree with that.
For the money it’s about middle of the road. I tend to like the powder scoop to cut down on trash. Still, nice of you need it for a trip.

These are very good electrolytes. The flavor is very good and no unpleasant after taste like some electrolytes. I have been happy with the hydration from these. Overall I have been please with these and would recommend them.

This hydration and energy drink mix is very refreshing and easy to enjoy on the go. The mandarine orange flavor is pleasant and not overly sweet, making it enjoyable to drink throughout the day. I appreciate that it includes prebiotics and electrolytes, which provide additional gut health and hydration support beyond just replacing fluids. The sugar-free formula is an added benefit, allowing me to stay hydrated without worrying about extra calories or sugar spikes. The single serve stick packets are extremely convenient. Each packet dissolves easily in water and provides a consistent taste and effect. It’s high quality and very functional. The 16 pack is a great value.
Woolly Mammoth –
Sodium isn’t the only electrolyte, but it is certainly the cheapest. It’s also the easiest to get in your diet through plain table salt. NaturalSlim doesn’t ignore all the other electrolytes and has a whopping 410mg of potassium among others. (That’s about the same as a large banana.) I like the fact that they have a good mix of electrolytes.
I also like that there are no artificial colors. In the 2020’s it’s ridiculous to see these kinds of powders that still look like you are drinking a child’s drink. The downside is that it does look a bit weird but one you realize it looks like that because that’s what the natural part looks like, you can move on/.
The taste is true to the description. It’s got a light mandarin orange flavor that isn’t too strong and works well during a workout. It does have sweeteners (Stevia) but it’s gentle and not overly sweet.
Overall, this is a great addition.

I decided to try out these electrolyte packets because I wanted a convenient way to stay hydrated, and they’ve fit seamlessly into my routine. The mandarin orange flavor is light and mixes into water without any clumps, so I hardly have to stir to get it all dissolved. Plus, the packets are compact and easy to carry, making it simple to toss a few in my bag for work or the gym without taking up too much space. I really appreciate that they’re sugar-free, which gives me a cleaner alternative to regular sports drinks. Each stick opens easily without creating a mess. I did notice that the powder blends better in cold water than in ice-cold, but it still does the job either way. A slight flaw is that it’s a little milder than I expected, but it’s still refreshing. Overall, it’s a straightforward, portable way to stay hydrated and replenish electrolytes.

The taste is pretty good, but even when shook hard and multiple times it doesn’t easily mix with water. If you let it sit long enough, the mixture falls out of suspension.
Dreamer –
This mandarin orange flavor electrolyte drink mix tastes good. It is sugar free and sweetened with Stevia, which I like, and has only 10 calories per serving. Each serving contains a good dose of potassium (410mg), which I need for kidney health since mine runs low without a little supplementation. The powder mixed easily with a spoon in a large cup with 12 oz of water; there was no clumping and I did not have use a shaker bottle for a good mix. The individual packets tear open easily without scissors, they are convenient to store and use as needed, and they are especially nice to pack for travel.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the ingredient list is not shown on the product page and the one on the 16-stick package was half covered up by the Amazon label.
