This does what it is supposed to do, there’s no problem with the product, it’s how large the pills are. These pills are very large and I don’t find comfort in swallowing them due to their size. I wish I could find everything in the pills in a liquid. I would not recommend this product for individuals who have problems swallowing pills.

Thi s vitamin C is a mega one having many additive vitamins and supplements in the balanced amount. It is time released so all day protection. Large gel type but easy to swallow.

It’s nice to have the perfect potency extended release. I’ve noticed an improvement in my allergies since taking these. Vitamin C is a dehistamine – meaning it removes histamines – as opposed to anti-histamine. So if you need something more than an antihistamine for your allergies try Vitamin C. It also helps the immune system cope with colds etc. The human body can’t absorb a lot of Vitamin C at once and taking mega doses can cause kidney stones. It’s nice to have an extended release form like this that has better absorption than vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid. Ester C is absorbed better. These are big gel pills if you have trouble swallowing you may have trouble with these.
