The American Heart Association recommends that you get all your vitamins through foods, however with omega-3 supplements as a conditional exception, especially when beneficial and clinically appropriate (e.g., existing heart conditions or high triglycerides).

I’ve been using this fish oil for several months now. I truly believe it has the level of DHA/EPA it claims as I feel my body issues have improved from taking it. However, like many others, I’ve dealt with stuck together capsules from one of my deliveries. I’m doing the “cold storage” method and slowly getting them unstuck but it’s still a royal pain to do as half of the bottle contents were all fused together.
I’ve had 4 deliveries so far, and have had only one with the stuck capsules, so can’t say if it was simply an anomaly or not. I may look at other brands. For the price, I believe the quality of the fish oil is terrific. Fish oil can be so expensive and you need to balance cost with the quality. Can’t go too cheap and have poor or misrepresented pills, otherwise what’s the point?
All in all I’ve been happy with this brand — just took 1 star off for the stuck capsules.

The best feature, hands down, is the Lemon Flavor which truly works. I have experienced absolutely zero fishy burps or aftertaste, which is a common dealbreaker with other brands. For the potency and the price point (especially when bought in a larger quantity), the value is superb.
Why Not Five Stars?
The only minor issue is the size of the softgels. They are definitely on the larger side, which can be a bit challenging to swallow every day. If the capsule size were reduced slightly, this would easily be a five-star supplement.

Larger gel caps but go down with a swig of water. One of the 4 bottles ice ordered was apparently left outside too long when it arrived and was a big goey mess. I like these enough that I’ve been repurchasing.

It really helps, my doctor recommended I started taking it and it makes a difference. My only complaint is the taste of the fish oil when your burp, I have to take a mint sweetie afterwards to help. I saw someone said there isn’t but there actually is believe me. That’s the only thing I don’t like about it. But aside from that it’s good. I ordered some more because its affordable and it works. The burp after taste is bearable. It says to take 2 a day but I take one and it still helps so the strength seems good. I’m not sure it affects my energy level and the size of the capsule are kinda big but its not hard to swallow.
