With a portion of that time teaching at the College level and I can tell you one of my favorite classes to teach was Chair Massage . My Chair that I bought when I was in Massage School ( Sarasota School Massage Thereapy ) was almost a thousand dollars and I just this past summer had to thow it out because it got water damage from storage . So when my friend called me and asked if I could do Chair Massage for their employees I went looking on line for a Chair . WIth this price point I was not looking for a quality chair I just didn’t want to spend alot so I pulled the trigger on this one . Boy was I surprised at the quality of this chair it is sturdy and adjustable in seat, arm and head . This Chair even has a transport storage bag which i always wished my other bag had but wasn’t going to buy extra . Very happy with this Massage Chair and would not hesitate on buying it . This is my first review I have ever giving because I was so relieved and impressed with this quality Chair . Very happy customer ..

The product overall seems decent- considering the price, the level of padding is acceptable, the chair sits squarely on the floor so I can work without it wobbling, and most of the cushions feel firmly attached.
There are 2 major issues I’m concerned about. Firstly, the product arrived (mostly assembled, quite convenient) inside flimsy bubble wrap inside it’s carry case, which feels about as sturdy as the ones for my high-quality massage tables. However, the wooden face support, with Velcro on which to rest the face cushion, was folded over it’s metal support bar and dumped into the bottom of the box with no additional packing material, so it was cracked completely up the center, where the wood was obviously pushed unevenly into the metal during shipping (see attached photos). This essentially makes the whole thing unuseable, as much of the work I was intending to do in the chair was neck work, for those who have such a severe issue in their cervical or upper thoracic regions as to be unable to lay comfortably on a table. This work requires nice, sturdy support of the face and head to provide resistance against the pressure I am using, and any degree of therapeutic pressure against this cracked wood makes it crack more. I’ve reached out to customer service, and will happily update my review if they can make my chair useable again by replacing the face support.
The second issue that I have is the quality of the face support mechanism. The face support segment is a metal rod with a hinged wooden face pillow support, like all these chairs have, but this one seems poorly designed. The metal rod slips into a square tube and can be moved up and down to accommodate different heights, but the only mechanism for keeping it in place is a long strip of Velcro (the soft side, not the hooks side) adhered to the front of the metal rod to provide traction. The whole thing slides around very easily and I’m not confident it will stay in place while I’m working. I fear the Velcro strip will probably wear down over time and become even less effective, but I’ll have to wait and see. The size of the square tube is also sightly too large for the rod you’re inserting, so the face support does wobble unpleasantly. I wish there had been a locking lever like there usually is to keep parts of a massage apparatus in place. It would have been much sturdier.
Let’s see how customer service responds. If they replace my face support, I’ll say overall the product is definitely useable and therefore great value for the money spent. And maybe after a few more test runs (I’ll be taking the chair to a senior spa day this weekend and giving it a real workout- I expect to give upwards of 30 massages on it in one day) I’ll find it’s sturdier than it seems. Will update as things play out…

This is ok product but not great.
Price is affordable & again it is ok for start up the business. When I sit down on other 300 bucks range chair, there is significant comfortability level difference.
Upon receiving, It came with brown metal rust stained on the hand rest part.
And the zipper on the bag is not good quality, broken so easily after 2nd use.
The material of the bag is thin, there is no pocket on the bag as well.
It is not as comfy as other one I purchased, and I don’t like the bag cannot hold vertical way since I hit everywhere I go in the narrow space, didn’t think this stupid simple fact can be problematic😅

Good quality, great price. Purchased for use after retina surgery that requires 24 x 7 face down orientation so retina would heal properly. Comfortable for multi-hour use. Only complaint is that the head piece is a bit wobbly even when the tightening knob is fully tight. Buying this plus a face-down pillow for sleeping plus a mirror gives you all the needed items for the retina healing, at a lower price than renting similar equipment. Plus, after the healing, you have a foldable massage chair.

Bought this to help my husband who had eye surgery and needed to stay face down for several days. This was a great option for him to get a little different scenery. We put a tray table under it so he could put his tablet on it and watch stuff. Our daughters have also tried it out with dad giving them back runs and they approve!
