    I have been reading a lot about the health benefits of Grape Seed Extract as an antioxidant. I was so happy to find it from NOW which is such a reputable company. You don’t know what is inside supplements from shady companies so if you want the real thing, buy from a company like this one

    OMG! Worked with geriatrics and tried this on some 90 year olds with low HDLs and some familial high Trigs and saw great results. Mine are getting wonky with age and so ordered.
    I had no idea how great this stuff is for SLEEP and my SKIN. In 3 days boom all problems cleared up. Starting DH on it to see if it works on his sleep problem.
    Checked the recent emerpical data and, while I’m only finding stuff about the Trig,s I am finding some about all endothelial cell regeneration on this stuff and some studies on sleep. – My energy all day 9probably from actually sleeping) has been thru the roof. Finding the strength midrange was iffy so I picked this one. I always start out low and slow. Labs in 2 months. Lets hope I see it affect my tri/hdl balance!!!

    I’ve read Good things about Grape Seed Extract, this seems like a legit product.

    I’ve taken it for about 1.5 solid years now.

    Never any digestive issues in taking it.

    Not sure if it’s effective or not.

    I’m a big guy, so I take 3 – 5 capsules a day.

    I take it in conjunction with a whole Mineral and Vitamin Supplementation Program that literally covers A – Z of the Known Major Main Supplements.

    I’ve used Now Supplement Products for over 3 solid years now, and have never found any problems with them in terms of packaging or spoilage or anything weird or unusual when I open the bottle.

    They are always fresh and presentable.

    I always check thoroughly when I open a nutrient supplement bottle for spoilage or anything unusual.
