Such a delicious and soothing tea to help you unwind! Bought this tea because I’d been looking for a blend of valerian root, chamomile and lavender or something similar, and was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the flavor and quality. Made correctly and steeping for the correct amount of time yields the perfect flavor. The strength was surprising too. Very sweet despite not adding any sweeteners of any kind which was lovely for me. I definitely recommend it. While for some it may not help you sleep or knock you out or what have you- it worked well to help me unwind before bed!

This is our go to night time tea! We’ve tried many other brands, flavors and herbal mixes but the Numi Sweet Slumber is “The One” night time tea for us. The flavor is mild and the mix of herbs is so calming … chamomile, lavender and valerian root. A 12 oz cup before bed helps us to fall to sleep without the monkey mind tossing and turning. Our pantry is always stocked with Numi Sweet Slumber. If calm and peaceful rest is what you seek, I highly recommend, give this tea a try.

I recently tried this for the first time. Since then I have used this tea several times, especially when I am having trouble sleeping. While your mileage may vary, it seems to work very well for me. After a cup of this tea, I can sleep (often very deeply) throughout the night. IMHO Numi is “top shelf” and their sweet slumber tea is no exception. In addition to this, their Earl Gray is the best I I have ever had. Great company, great tea, all great.

Numi is one of my favorite tea brands, but this one was not something I would buy again. I personally did not like the taste. Definitely give it a try. If it’s not the right blend for you, give the Tulsi sleep a try.
