I bought this straight from the company after going through a difficult season in life. I take the 15 drops as directed for stress support, and it helps to relax me without feeling spaced out. I also use 25 drops at night (you can take 20-30 for sleep) and it helps me stay asleep, and sleep much deeper than I’m able to on my own right now. I wake up refreshed, not at all groggy. I’m so thankful for this. I love Nutramedix as a company. I love what they stand for, and have been using their products to help with my Lyme symptoms as well.
