This is a great value. 240 capsules. Each capsule is one serving. The bottle is filled up good, as you can see. This is my second bottle. I took it for a couple months and had great results: more energy, youthful feeling, felt and looked more muscular, youthful glow, clearer thinking, etc. I take other vitamins like NAC, vitamin C, Magnesium and others. These are good together.

Reduced L-Glutathione is used to get your muscles back into shape faster and with less muscle pain. I worked out at the same gym on the same machines to see if this was true. I tested myself and I was able to work out 7-10% more an hour after taking the Reduced L-Glutithione than without it. I did this test for a year and always had the same result. I told my G.F. about this and had her try them and she really noticed also that the group hicks up the Santa Cruz hills were much easier and she had no muscle pain the next day. She was hooked and so am I.
