So I started taking this about 2 weeks ago and have felt a drastic change in my health and mood. My inflammation has gone way down, my mood is definitely elevated, I’m taking it along side of L-Theanine and am amazed how much a difference this is making. I know there are a lot of name brand mushroom coffees and such. But this is half the price, has more mushrooms in it, and doesn’t require a subscription. And it tastes amazing, I’m putting the Cocoa one in my coffee and it’s fantastic. Mom has started putting it in just hot cocoa, and they have other flavors as well. Its normally price is 19.99 for 30 servings but it’s on sale often on Amazon for 15-17 dollars. I’m honestly amazed at how much it has helped me.
