When I first tried it, it didn’t do anything. I played around with timing and found 2 taken with dinner work well. I usually have a blood glucose in the 300’s after a pasta dinner. WIth this 2 hours after a pasta dinner I got a 98. My normal is usually about 220. I do combine it with Copsis, berberine, alpha lipoic acid and gymnema. It may be a combination of things, but the other stuff didn’t do that much without the Cinnamon.

I just recently became educated about the myriad health benefits of Ceylon cinnamon. As an obese type 2 diabetic in the process of losing at least 100 lbs, this very common seasoning has turned out to be more important to health than its tried and true flavor enhancements have always been. Run it thru AI for big surprises.

I have to admit that my initial displeasure with this product was entirely due to me, not reading the directions. If you swallow the pills as directed, they swallow just like pills and they do whatever it is cinnamon capsules are supposed to do I guess. However, and this is a big, however, do not eat them on toast, they taste terrible.
