We have 2 – 19 month old Dachshunds and they are completely opposite. One is high strung while the other is lazy. The small bites works great for our hyper pup so I’m looking forward to seeing results from the weight management food on the other pup. The kibble isn’t small bites but he seems OK with it. Time will tell. One thing for sure, it smells way better than Purina 1 weight management.

well – all i can say is:
all 4 of my dogs really like this food.
i buy mostly Rachael Ray dog and cat foods because my dogs like all types – and “every bag helps animals in need”, and i really like that.
i consider it a great quality food, and ya can’t beat it for the money – also – it doesn’t stink like many foods i’ve tried over the years.
the ‘healthy weight” food is great for my oldest dog – she’s 16, but still acts like a puppy, and i guess i do owe alot of her longevity to all the “RR” foods i buy for them.
some foods are soft – some hard – however, i like to hear the “crunch” when they’re eating because i know it’s helping clean their teeth a bit.
also – the price is lower than other brands.
i suggest to everyone i know – try Rachael Ray dog and/or cat foods.
