I got the tan one and it matches my skin tone close enough that it disappears under a tight while shirt or body suit. It’s as close to not wearing a bra as I can get while wearing a bra :). The side straps do adjust if you need more support. I’ve always been a little smaller in the chest and suddenly in my 40’s I have more chest than I ever have! I’m not a typical bra wearer because I don’t have large breasts. However, I find this bra incredibly comfortable, even so much so that I could sleep in it if I wanted to. It’s a bit tight, but I liked that, so if you prefer a slightly looser fit, size up. I’ve washed it a few times now, and it still looks brand new. The material is incredibly soft and holds everything in very well. It’s thick enough to shape my breasts but not overpowering, which is why it’s so comfortable. I’ll definitely be purchasing more in other colors.
