I’ve been taking Olly Men’s Multivitamin Gummies for about about a year now, and Ill be honest I it’s hard to tell if I noticed a difference in anything. As I’m healthy and fit, and my vitamin levels are in range so I take these just as a boosted supplement. I do feel they are helping me from getting sick and feel generaly more healthy taking them. The taste is actually really good, no weird vitamin aftertaste like some other brands. It’s more like a treat than a chore to remember each day.
The ingredients list is solid, and I appreciate that they’re gluten-free with no artificial flavors or colors. Plus, no upset stomach or weird side effects even when taken on an empty stomach. They have a strong smell. It’s not bad necessarily – like fruit chews mixed with protein powder. You don’t taste that, they taste rich. A bit too sweet if anything.

I eat a pretty broad range of foods but I don’t eat a lot of volume, so I was looking for a not-too-much supplement to just touch up the gaps and this does the trick.
