I swear by this shampoo to really deodorize my dog. I’ve always purchased this in store so I’ve never had to worry about shipping. This was shipped in an amazon envelope and the produce was crushed and the bottle exploded and 1/8th of the bottle was left in the shipping envelope. This needs to be shipped in a box otherwise this will continue to happen.

The nozzle broke at my first attempt to spray this product. It’s not exactly Only Natural Pets fault, Ive had a few things with this type of nozzle and they always break, then leak. I wasnt a big fan of the scent of this either. It smelled more like a bathroom cleaner than a pet deodorant. Kind of disappointing as I usually like Only Natural Pets products. At least it was simple to return.

VERY, VERY, VERY difficult to open – the “latch” slides to the side, not top to bottom like most spray bottles. I can’t tell if it’s working because the dogs have recently been bathed and there is virtually no smell to it – maybe that’s good??

My review is about the actual product & not a low rating due to a broken bottle.
This stuff works great!
We have a 155 lb Rottweiler; we use the spray once daily.
He doesn’t smell nor does he stink up the house.
Other brands we have used smelled too much like a cologne that hurt our heads.
But this has a light, almost invisible, very pleasant scent to it & it doesn’t leave him all sticky & matted feeling.
Five stars all around!
I actually like the bottle & it’s lock function a lot, though I would like to see a nozzle where the spray can be concentrated more than it is; it has a wide spray.

I liked how this product smelled but my dog did NOT. Only used it once so I don’t have a good feel for how well it works but he was back to smelling again within 24hrs. But that might be cause I didn’t use much due to his utter terror of the spray bottle
