I so much prefer loose leaf tea over tea bags. To me, it is a much better flavor. This also helps when I have belly aches too. Smells good and not to knock peppermint, but I believe this to be a much better flavor of tea and I know I will be purchasing more of it. I really like this company.

First off the flavor of this tea is superb.
I enjoy this tea in the mornings with toast and eggs. Something about spear mint tea is calming and delicious addition to an English style breakfast. It reminds me of the breakfast I had as a child at a camping trip in Germany. Most tea sold in bags are peppermint, but spearmint is sweeter, and not as strong as peppermint. I brew this in a brewing net in my Japanese tea pot. And if I forgot about it and let it sit for a while, it does not get bitter.
It supposedly helps balance hormones for women. I can’t say exactly, but look up the effects if you’re curious.
I’ve been enjoying this bag off and on and looks like it’ll last me for many months.
Grown and harvested and packaged in the USA. There is love in this product sold by small business owners. Not an inferior questionable product from China or from wherever overseas that may have sat in a warehouse for months. I trust this brand of tea and will be back for more once I run out. I think it will also make a great gift to tea aficionados.

This tea is amazing. I love the control I get with loose leaf tea and specifically wanted spearmint because I read it was good for pcos, stress, skin and hair (androgens)…I like all those benefits of spearmint. Plus, a minty flavored tea is always my preference. This company is great – always great product, not prime but always arrives almost faster than prime – a day or two at best via USPS. I’ve ordered countless times and they will randomly send a free sample (enough sample for about 2 dozen cups of tea!) and a couple of times they will randomly double my order and include a little thank you note saying they’ve doubled my order for free. That’s amazing! If the tea is too bitter use less. This is a quality tea so you may need less than you’re used to – I like 1/2 tsp in 8oz but my husband likes double that. Loose leaf allows you to customize your tea. I buy little disposable tea bags but some people use metal tea diffusers…some people just drop loose leaf in the water, let it settle while it steeps for a few min and then drink down until the leaves get to think, then toss…my grandmother would steep loose leave in water without a bag, but then strain it over a cheese cloth towel or coffee filter. This company makes so many amazing teas!

This looseleaf spearmint tea is wonderful! It lasts a long time, so it’s a great value for what you pay, AND the seller typically adds in a smaller (but generously sized) bag of another flavor tea. This time I received mint lemonade and it has actual dried pieces of lemon in it. Delicious! The packaging is also simplistic and appealing with a hand-stamped label. I love supporting businesses like this!

I like this as I have reflux issues and for me, this helps settle things and I do not have to go thru acid reflux nearly as often as in the past. Plus, also for me, I find it soothing and a nice thing I do for myself.

I ordered the 5 oz Spearmint tea and have been loving it so far! Such a great flavor and the quality is just amazing. The cost seems very reasonable as the pouch is filled to the brim with tea leaves and they even sent me a 0.86 oz pouch of Peppermint to try! Amazing brand, could not recommend enough.

I have never written a review on Amazon before but I’ve been so happy with this purchase it was a necessity.
First off the product is wonderful! So full of flavor and brings me joy each morning and evening.
For me zero sugar date packaging is a HUGE bonus. This company went way above and beyond to ensure their brand and product portrayed their values and goals.
They included an extra little treat along with my tea and I loved the hand stamped explanation cards.
I will absolutely be ordering more and would also suggest checking out their website (if you do like the product as much as I do) as they have subscription services available as well.
I originally ordered the Spearmint tea to help with some of my PCOS symptoms (too early to report back on that as it’s been less than a month) but will absolutely continue to order either way…it’s that great!
Long story short if you’re on the fence I’d high recommend ordering at least once. You will not be disappointed!
