I bought the OUAU scalp and body cleanse years ago and just loved the scent so much and decided recently I wanted to get a body wash that smelled like that but now they have scents (melrose, st barts , Cape Town) and I wasn’t sure which one was the original that I loved so much but THANKFULLY I FIGURED IT OUT ! It’s MELROSE ! In case anyone else was wondering melrose is definitely a soapy clean smell but I like it because it lasts after the shower and even leaves the bathroom smelling nice. I tried the St Barts s well and it makes a good mix with melrose to tone it down or even soften it but st barts is a classic beachy scent imo . A little goes a long way and I love it!!

I love all their products! Hair shampoo/conditioner/leave-in and body washes! I didn’t have the time to purchase at my local beauty store, so online was the best option! Any product from the ouai line smell fresh, luxurious and work so well. Body wash is lathering and bubbly – skin softening too! My skin is sensitive to perfumed soaps/body washes but not when I used this body wash – it does not disappoint! Highly recommend!

What makes a body wash a luxury line? First, I need so very little to lather much of my body. A little goes a long way. The natural ingredients and light scent is uplifting. Also, this body wash is free of many chemicals still used in less quality brands. I can shave with this Body Wash w/no razor bumps. The scent, once again, is magnificent!
I do miss living in Los Angeles and the people plus boutiques on Melrose. This “Melrose” scent, well… doesn’t remind me of Melrose! Regardless, I get non stop compliments on this finely cultivated and crafted scent. Note: I use the hair products and perfume, therefore it is layered, but simply not heavy or a “synthetic scent”.
For not that much, this Body wash lasts me at least 2-3 months! The larger 32 ounce refills save cost long term and are a smart way to be sustainable for the world we live in. The refills usually last at least 6 months! When one breaks down the price, one could chose this lavish quality for the same amount many pay for the mainstream body washes at large Supermarkets. I say “Yes Way” to OUAI! (OUAI pronounced “Way”. )

Oh my gosh! This is one quality product. It smells like…heaven. Both my husband & I use it & love that the divine smell wafts into the hallway. We take showers at night here (it’s a clean sheet, better sleep thing for us) and we both think we sleep better. I don’t know what’s in it…also use this brand for shampoo too. Dont even hesitate.

I’m in LOVE with this soap & it just makes fiscal sense to purchase the refills for your everyday shower needs. I use this with my Luffa rag and it leaves my skin, soft, and smells incredible. It’s become part of my daily skin care routine. The size of the bag is great, although during warmer months I shower more so I’ll need to purchase another sooner than later. There’s no leakage, although I store it properly upright with the cap completely intact. It’s cute in appearance and I love the soap and that it’s not too thick and not too watery – just right in that soft spot middle feel in terms of texture. I put all my friends onto my soap when they come over. Can’t gate-keep hygiene!

I have been very hesitant on purchasing any Ouai products. Initially they seemed trendy and overpriced but I read a review about the Melrose Place scent and it sold me.
I absolutely love this body wash. I feel clean and moisturized. The scent is very feminine. It’s a light powdery and floral scent.
Combine it with the body crème and it’s a light scent that lasts all day.
I have seen reviews saying is an overpowering scent but I don’t think it is unless you are sensitive.
Love it and will be a returning customer.

OUAI Body Cleanser in St. Barts is a dream in a bottle. The scent hits you first. It smells like a warm beach vacation and feels fresh without being heavy. The formula is silky, it lathers fast, and it never leaves that tight feeling after you rinse. My skin felt soft and clean, not stripped.
I use it in the morning because the scent wakes me up and makes me feel like I am getting ready in a resort bathroom. It also layers well with any perfume, which I love.

This body wash smells amazing, I know it is expensive, but it is worth it! I bought this because I was going out of town and needed a travel size body wash. This is the only body wash I use now and I wish I would have tried it sooner. It suds up quickly and washes off smooth. My old body was never felt like it all washed off, but this leaves my skin a silky smooth with a smell that’s not overpowering.

I love this OUAI Body Cleanser—it foams up really nicely and feels so luxurious, and the Melrose Place scent is lovely. It makes me feel so feminine and put together when I use it!
I think some might find the scent to be a little strong right out of the bottle, but I’ve come to really like that quality about this body cleanser, although it did initially surprise me. I tried the sample size of one of Sol de Janeiro’s cleansers, and their cleansers smelled even stronger in a way that was unpleasant to me, and I much prefer this one from OUAI.
My only qualm is that I wish the bottle itself was a slightly more flexible plastic. I’d like to be able to squeeze the bottle more conveniently without having to wrinkle the bottle.
