It took a considerable amount of torque for me to get the star end off (to the point I was worried I was just going to twist the adornment and break it off the post, not actually unscrew it). I haven’t yet been able to get the bottom end off (as visible in the picture) and that’s why I marked it down a star. I really don’t want to use pliers or such because I don’t want to scratch it.
The item is very pretty and has a nice extremely polished finish. It’s also non-magnetic – which is good since a lot of things are trying to pass off steel as titanium (which can cause issues for those with allergies or such, since steel often has a lot of nickle).
All in all it’s a very pretty way to add some sparkle
