This is my favorite scent I’ve tried in bath salts or a bath bomb in a long time. The combination of woodsy and minty is not a pairing I would have picked, but it works. Both the scent and the soothing are wonderful.
However, it left a bit of an annoying mess in the tub and an even bigger one in the kitchen where I opened it. The bags arrived inside a box (which was inside ANOTHER box with paper padding, which is another issue) and there was so much salt in the bottom that I examined the bags carefully for a tear. But both were still sealed. Somehow, though, there was at least one bath’s worth of salt allover the bags and the bottom of the box. It was even stuck to the packing tape, sending salt flying all over the place when I broke down the box for recycling.
Fix the mess issues and I’ll be a big fan of these salts.

The fragrance is something earthy and .. strong. I use a lot of bath salts after exercising and for muscle soreness and found I was a fan of the smell. When putting in the water though, visually it’s .. not the most appealing. Lots of specks and I am not a fan of seeing things in my water/sticking to my skin. It left a lot of residue and gunk behind in the tub too, had to get a towel and wipe it down since water alone wasn’t enough force to rinse it.
My skin did feel soft and it helped with muscle soreness, so in that regard it’s great.. just the mess factor afterwards and the chunks of debris was a pain to deal with. I experienced no skin irritation using this product.

This smells so amazing! Very fast and easy to use and with a resealable closure to ensure freshness and prevent spilling. Honestly, using this as a foot soak has become a favorite daily household ritual! Warm/hot water and a scoop or two = 15-20 minutes of calm and relaxation. Most of the way through the order and will be ordering more!!

Okay, so I’m a total convert to this Pacha Muscle Salt Soak. After a brutal leg day, my muscles were screaming. I dumped a generous scoop in my tub, and honestly, the relief was insane. The eucalyptus and peppermint are super strong, in a good way – it felt like my muscles were getting an icy-hot hug. Plus, the 2-pack is a great value.
Pros:
* Seriously effective muscle relief.
* Intense, refreshing scent.
* Generous 2-pack size.
Cons:
* The strong scent might be too much for some. If you’re sensitive to essential oils, proceed with caution.
* The salts take a little bit to fully dissolve, so you might need to swish it around a bit.
Overall, though? Worth it. My new go-to for sore muscles!
