This is a great selection of short pieces suitable for an intermediate player like myself. The layout and readability of the sheet music is good, though the first half of the book is just a reading guide in many languages (including some very shoddy looking photocopied diagrams), so not as much music as you think you’ll get!
One disappointment is the quality of the tab – there are many mistakes, in fact most songs contain mistakes. The usual mistake is simply that the finger position is on the wrong line (usually the one above the one intended), but in some cases small sequences of tab are just totally wrong. Very poor quality control – Ben Bolt, you need to personally check the tabs if it’s got your name on it!!!

Paganini was a classical shredder before there even was such a thing. Bought this for my son who’s studying classical guitar. He’s really enjoyed this book so far. Would recommend it and would buy it again.

The notations are clear and match the recordings.
I wish it had left hand fingering notation however.
