I’ve had high of normal BP since my late 20’s (130/85) — my diet isn’t bad and I exercise 5-10 hours a week (or more) forever – skiing hiking biking ect… so there wasn’t a quick life style fix for me when I started getting readings in the high 140’s-150’s (I’m 50 now) – I soooo do not want to go with the meds that a Dr would prescribe and when my Dr appointment cancelled due to the Pandemic I decided to try out some different supplements, some together some by themselves.. I started taking this product on July 6th as direction so indicate, I have not achieved any lowering at this point. I phoned the company and they suggest I take two additional tabs daily of which I have done. I just took my BP and the readings were, 160/87 which is actually higher than normal. I have not eaten nor drank anything in the past four days that is known to increase one’s BP. I plan to continue to finish the first and the second bottles of this product and will report back at a later date.
