I had been looking for this type of product for a long time. I have leg sores that are hard to heal. After 3 applications of Polysporin cream the sores were healed

Good substitute for neosporin. Overuse of Neosporin causes a rash

I recently used Polysporin First Aid Topical Antibiotic Skin Ointment, and it was great! It applies smoothly, isn’t greasy, and feels gentle on the skin. I liked how quickly it absorbed and how clean and protected the area felt after applying it. The tube is easy to use and convenient to keep in a first-aid kit or bag.

Overall, this ointment was reliable, easy to use, and made basic wound care simple. I’d definitely recommend it for everyday minor cuts and scrapes.

Only concern we had when ordering was expiry date – delivered product has a 1 year life. 👍

Great for use when traveling. Putting some in the nostrils with a qtip before getting in a plane makes me feel better when I hear and see people coughing and sneezing and blowing their noses.

Most effective over-the-counter cream I have tried. A must have for bathroom cabinets, backpackers and first aid kits! Only need a small amount to be effective

My doctor recommended this over neosporin several years ago. I tried it and I have been using it ever since. All I can say is that it works. It’s a little pricey for the amount you get in a tube, but the quality is there.

It is difficult to find an antibiotic product that is safe to use inside of your ear, but this is! I bought it for that reason. It seems to help healing in the ear fast. It is a gel so it stays where you put it. I will keep a tube of this stuff in my medicine cabinet from now on!

I have used this a few times now as a first aid antiseptic gel and it has worked beautifully. When camping, medical treatment for small injuries can often be a long time and distance away, so being able to provide your own early first aid is essential before professional aid can be sought.
I treated a fairly deep scratch on my arm requiring disinfectant cleaning then application of the polysporin and covered with a dressing.
Repeating the treatment daily and fresh dressing, the wound healed perfectly without any sign of infection. Once started, it is important to continue the treatment until the wound is completely healed to prevent germs from building antibiotic resistance.
The tube has a great applicator tip to dispense just the right amount of polysporin which prevents waste from over application. A small tube goes a long way.
Polysporin will go into all my first aid kits from now on. It is important to protect polysporin from heat, just like any other medications. A great product that has been good for me. Some people may have allergic reactions to antibiotics so should check with a doctor to be sure any medication is suitable for them.

Good stuff. It doesn’t have neomycin, so there’s less chance of an allergic reaction. I use it on all my cuts and scrapes. Doctors always say “just use Vaseline,” but I like having the extra protection to help prevent infection. Works well for me.

We went to the dermatologist and the Dr said we had two areas that needed attention. So she burned them off, and said to use Polysporin ointment for 10 days. I couldn’t find it at CVS so look on Amazon and there it was. We got the tube the next day. It was around $5, plus we needed some of the very small round bandaids. On Amazon of course, so we used both for 10 days. My husband really didn’t have any pain on his ear, but I’m a namby pamby 😂. I think this definitely helped to start healing up. Mine was on my face, very close to my left eye. But the Polysporin was EASY to apply, then cover it up. I only had to use a tiny bit and same with my husband. Will buy again!

Polysporin First Aid Topical Antibiotic Cream is a reliable product for treating minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. It combines two antibiotics to help prevent infection and promotes faster healing without causing much irritation. The cream is easy to apply, non-greasy, and generally well-tolerated for sensitive skin. Many users appreciate that it doesn’t sting upon application and can be used under bandages. Overall, it’s a convenient and effective option for basic first-aid care.

Probably the best antibiotic that you can buy in a little tube at your grocery store or drugstore. Trust me it’s better than pretty much anything else.

Ordered this since Neosporin did not seem to work as quickly as it used to. This works great and any minor cut starts healing immediately. Will definitely continue to use, has become my go to pocket antibiotic cream.
