I bought this oil because I like mustard in dal but mustard seeds often don’t pop before the oil burns so I use this oil in conjunction with the seeds. It imparts a nice mustard taste and I use it as the oil in the dal topping. I gave up following Indian recipes and just put in what I like.

I use this on my skin like a fancy “serum” after a shower or if my beard gets itchy. Never clogs pores and is nearly unscented (add your own). Lasts around 10 hours so it’s great for the AM/PM routine. My bottle was from France, exp 2027, and has a light green color.

Great oil for all types of heat cooking. Grapeseed is also good for you
