    This oil leaves no taste or smell and is great to sauté vegetables for recipes. Add your own herbs and spices! Great value for the money. Sits on my counter ready to use while saving my olive oil or extra virgin olive oil for other recipes. Love it.

    Different olive oils are used for different types of cooking, I used this one to fry dough and it did so exactly as it should. I would recommend it to fry chicken, vegetables such as peppers and onions and for fried dough.

    The Pompeian Made Easy Drizzle EVOO delivers on all the key points: NAOOA-certified EVOO, AHA-certified Heart Healthy, and great taste. I use plenty on salads, vegetables, omelettes, seafood, baked potatoes, rice, beans, soups and bread to enhance flavor, which it certainly does.

    The product is a blend of EVOOs from different countries. Today’s bottle contents came from Spain and Tunisia. It tasted just as good as my 100% Spanish EVOO.

    Highly recommended. Go for it.

    It is wonderful. I liked it so much than I wanted to order another one the same day I received it but it was out of stock. It reminds me of the overpriced Graza Drizzle Olive Oil. I am so happy that I found this one for 1/2 the price.

    Just me –

    I thought this was too bland the first time I tried it because I’m used to the Pompeian Bold variety, which has a very strong olive taste, that kick that burns you in your throat a bit, and a little bitterness. It’s my favorite olive oil. This variety, however, is totally different. But it’s grown on me, and now I love it! It’s smooth, mellow, and kind of buttery, with a hint of nuttiness, a tiny bit of linseed oil, and even a teensy smidgen of smokiness. It has zero bitterness or throat burning qualities that strong olive oil tends to have. It’s not grassy or fruity or even olive-y. I’ve read about olive oil being used in desserts and even on ice cream and I always thought that sounded weird, but I think this oil would work for that.

    This oil is delicious, but I took away a star because the bottle I received expires next month. It will be good with bread for dipping as well as for drizzling over foods. The bottle is plastic and it was well sealed. It’s not as strong as some brands, but it’s perfect when you don’t want too strong of a flavor. Sometimes a strong flavored oil competes with the food, so this is perfect for complimenting the flavor of food. I’m not thrilled that it’s going to expire so soon. Thankfully, I really like olive oil so I can probably use quite a bit of it before it expires.
