Considero que es más para dar brillo ya que grasa no la limpia. Un punto malo es que se quedan más particulas blancas en toda la estufa. –
My earlier review was declined, apparently the review was an attempt to influence others. All I’m saying is having realized the product was not US FDA approved, we could not return the product, even if was just the next day it was delivered, so we ended up losing money. So this is great, we cant return to get money back or leave a review so others are aware – wonderful Amazon – well done.

taste was good.

The taste is not like the one I always bought it’s seems that the storage is not good or I. A hot place

This protein shake is delicious, creamy and filling! It’s another one of my favorites!
Australian Customer –
Arrived quickly in Australia, sooner than was stated. Sweet vanilla flavour, thin consistency. Be sure to drink ice cold and shake well. Have just ordered another flavour to try, too.

I love Premier Protein Shakes, especially the banana ones. They are a bit pricy but so is every other brand of protein shakes. But, your body needs them and the banana tastes great.
KarenSings –
Yummy! Not at all “Laffy Taffy” tasting. The protein content is an admirable 30 g, and the consistency is similar to slightly thickened milk or eggnog. I don’t find it particularly filling, but I do notice that I’m not experiencing hunger pangs for several hours after consumption.

How to go in a 3 week liquid diet it sucked so I was trying to find protein drinks that wouldn’t taste like crap and these are great I love premieres taste of their drinks and I especially love the fact that they remind me like I’m eating into a cake the chocolate mint was awesome it did help me lose a little bit of weight or protein content was awesome where it needed to be I didn’t have any stomach problems I didn’t have a huge amount of sugar either which was awesome it’s perfect for the value of the money

As a neurodivergent person I often struggle with all of the executive function required to keep myself fed. Making grocery lists, actually buying the food, trying not to forget about fresh fruits and veggies in the fridge before they go bad or just mustering the energy to prep them is a lot. I decided a couple years ago to try protein shakes to see if they could be a handy go-to food to keep around when I’m struggling to figure out what to eat (and to cut down on take-out costs). I tried some other brands first that were… less than tasty.
I discovered the Premier Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter shakes at work actually. I worked in a daytime drop-in shelter for unhoused youth and we kept lots of food and snacks around for them and the staff were also free to have some. These were always such a hit with our guests and as soon as I tried one I could see why because they’re actually tasty. Like genuinely good. Something you’d choose for the taste, not just to get your calories or protein in. I like this flavor in particular because it isn’t sickeningly sweet— it reminds me a lot of chocolate milk. Not exactly the same but that level of sweetness.
I keep these on auto-order now from Amazon, which is one of the cheapest ways I’ve found to get them. I often have one a day either to replace breakfast or sometimes along with some smaller bites of other things at lunch or dinner. There’s a good amount of protein in each shake and very little sugar or other crap.
I introduced them to my mom and she had the brilliant idea to throw one in a blender with some frozen strawberries which was very tasty. Just don’t make the mistake I did of freezing the actual shakes— I left a new box out overnight in the freezing cold on my porch and it changed the texture of the shake in an unredeemable way.
If you are looking for a convenient, neurodivergent friendly staple to keep in your fridge, I highly recommend giving these a try.

A little pricey, tasty, very tasty so I guess you have to take all things in consideration, I will purchase again, THX

nutrition that actually feels like you’re cheating is it a plus! I am 87 and no longer have much of an appetite but of course I don’t like losing a lot of weight because I finally got down to where I wanna be so depending on how the day has gone or how my appetite has been I will drink one of these mid day and it’s quite a treat because I throw it in my blender cold, Sometimes add a bit of the fruit. I might have leftover like blueberries or strawberries, but not a lot and then I poured into a tall glass and I add. A dollop of Cool Whip wow what a treat and like I say vitamins too

This is my absolute favorite, a fulfilling protein drink with good flavors. I am content with drinking one and full until my meal without getting too many calories. You can also add to smoothies, sugar free pudding and so many different recipes to add protein.
Marc Pelletier –
Great flavor and value. The only drawback was that a couple of the bottles had (what I hope and assume) were chunks of protein powder not blended all the way. I don’t expect to be chewing on a beverage.

Premier Protein was recommended to me by my physician when I was having trouble eating.
It doesn’t taste overly sugary like other meal replacement protein drinks. Creamy, smooth texture, and heavy enough to be fulfilling and give me enough energy to get through a few hours. Chocolate is my favorite.
While camping, my husband and grown son both needed a quick protein boost after an impromptu hike. I suggested they try one of the Premier Protein drinks. They each did, hesitantly, and were pleasantly surprised. Now they drink them about once a week.
Refrigerate and shake WELL.
Always smell before drinking.
Keep in mind these drinks, like milk, can go sour from heat exposure, so smell before drinking and check the dates.
I’ve only had one instance of a bad batch in 6 years, but when it happens it can be totally unpleasant!

[BEFORE SHAKING, clean any “slime” from inside the neck and cap..*]
[UPDATE: Costs. 03/17/25
I agree these are expensive, but so are most others. My cost when I started 3+ yrs ago was about $24/12, now it is $32/12. I have noticed varying prices, but I did discover the paper cartons are cheaper. I opted for one that said $23+/-… it ended being $25, but it’s still a savings.]

I am an elderly woman who is suffering from kidney and heart issues. I don’t have much appetite, so also losing muscle like crazy. I am looking like all those other wrinkly, skinny old people I said I wouldn’t. So my doctor said high protein shakes. Okay.
I started researching. Because of price and ratings I started with a couple 4-pks of Premier from a local grocery outlet. Cafe latte… Yum! Then I went to Amazon to get regular deliveries because I no longer drive. Read lots of reviews. I noticed some mentions of outlets besides Amazon. I also noticed a link to ‘Premier Store’. Given the bad reviews re slime and expiration dates, I carefully made sure I wasn’t ordering through an outside source. Don’t know if that actually helped, but I have had very few of those issues in the past 3+ years. **Although, to make sure on the slime, I open a bottle before shaking and check inside the neck and cap, to wipe out if needed. Then re-cap and shake, shake, shake. One could also pour through a fine/tea strainer.**
Besides Cafe Latte, I have tasted Peaches and Cream, Vanilla, and Strawberries and Cream. None of these are strong flavored, but I can taste the chocolate and coffee in my favorite. The Vanilla is refreshing, as is the Peaches and Cream (which has a delicate peach flavor). The Strawberries and Cream is cooling and not untasty, just not much flavor. And I have added Bananas and Cream, which is also nice but mild.
One more issue: digestion. Some people’s innards don’t like the soy and/or the lactose. Others are more forgiving. I get some bloat but the benefit I receive outweighs any mild discomfort. Just because some people can’t tolerate this product doesn’t mean it’s bad.
My last note…lead. Lead is bad. But I have been around lead for many decades, from leaded gasoline polluting roadside blackberries (oh, no!) to lead in paint for all kinds of things. It hasn’t had much impact on me (that I know of) and I am not giving these to anyone else, so, in the meantime, whatever life I have left will not be spent worrying about it. Granted, you younger people and children do need to be cautious.
Ain’t it fun?
UPDATE: 23 Oct 2023
1. To start, the shakes I get are shipped in thick, heavy-duty boxes in which the bottles are closely and firmly packed and the company name and other pertinent info is printed on the outside. If yours isn’t it is likely from an outside vendor, with issues such as expiry dates and improper storage, not to mention higher prices.
2. Regarding the slime and stomach issues, they appear to be caused by the same “problem”— the protein. While some flavors have two types of condensed (is that the word I want?) milk proteins combined, many also have soy. The proteins sometimes separate a bit causing the slime. My suggestion above still holds.
And, I’m sorry to say, the stomach issues are also caused by the milk proteins and lactose. Over 60% of Americans suffer from some level of lactose intolerance (not allergy); an individual’s level of intolerance will determine how bad you feel. Oh swell!
Finally, recycling the bottles: Rinse and zip off the cover which is discarded. Done. BUT if you live in either Oregon (me) or Maine you have the option to redeem the bottles for 10 cents or 5 cents, respectively, if the portion of the cover stating so is still attached. Granted it’s not a lot, but it builds….the choice is yours.
( I am drinking 2-3 daily, so I am donating my $$ to our residential park’s FEMA -sponsered CERT program to buy disaster supplies. [Oregon is in the middle of the Cascadia Subduction Zone –northern CA to Vancouver Island BC– inevitable massive (9+/-) off shore earthquake. When, not if.]),
Now I’m done! Have a healthy life.

Great taste, high protein, very refreshing after a workout to add protein. Love that it’s low carb and sugar
