This tea definitely help turn my cholesterol level back into a good state when I went to the Dr.s in Jan of this year Dr. Wanted to put me on statin drugs I told her let me try to get this down myself with the lord help of course , went back in April of this year and my numbers where back down to normal range . I prayed , changed my diet , exercise and drink this tea once a day . Ans today I still drink it .. my diet is up and down , but I still exercise pray of course and take the tea , try to watch what I eat . I’m a 44 year old black women .
