I got these after having a lot of tension in my back from stress and too much driving. It is so expensive to keep getting massages, so I decided to give these a try. They are very helpful in relieving pain, perhaps more so than massages
What I like:
>easy to use
>powerful suction
>great pain relief
>the little suction cups to promote collagen and blood flow to the face
>can be used on quads as well without leaving marks
>dishwasher safe cups (they get your oils from skin on them)
>nice carrying case fore organized storage
What isn’t cool
*they leave super crazy circles that are like hickeys that linger for a week
*sometimes the cups will loosen and pop themselves off of you
*it takes some flexibility to get these cups to stick to the shoulder blade area
I would definitely recommend using these! They are so affordable, and really straightforward to use. I saw an ad recently for a cupping service that was 45$. I’m sure if I did some research to find the proper pressure points to apply, they would be even better. But as a person just putting them where it hurts, they simply relieve the pain. Just don’t use them if you are planning on getting married or modeling for the next week

Amazing. One of the best things I have bought. I was not sure at first since it is from another country but they are great. Super easy to use and clean. I put 6 on at a time. They feel and are used just like the PT places. The price is so good for how often you will use it.

The best cupping set you can enjoy the relaxing. It released the stiffness on my back after the hard workouts. My wife uses computer mouse all day anh her right shoulder hurts at the of the day, these cuppings are the miracle, help her sleep well at night.

I use a set like this at work as a PT. Easy to use but I use at work. Usually 1-2 pumps is plenty. Wife had some back issues and patellar tendon inflammation and worked well. Used along lumbar paraspinals and QL for sustained hold for 3 minutes. Also used on her quad (rectus femora’s and vastus lateralis) also for sustained 3 minutes. Both eased her tone and pain. In both instances 1/2-1 pump was sufficient.

10/10 recommend. As a massage therapist, I love these kinds of cups for clients. These cups are durable and I love using the pump to adjust the amount of suction needed per client and area of the body. I specifically like that you only typically need 1-2 punks to get a great amount of suction of break up tissue. I’ve tried quite a few brands and kinds and this is one of the better ones I’ve used. Suction doesn’t decrease the amount of surface area like the rubber cups that you squeeze by hand and they aren’t glass so if you drop them they’re fine. I just wash with dish soap & water and spray with rubbing alcohol after and they’re great every time.

This is an awesome kit that has everything you need. I noticed a difference in my back pain (specifically upper back and shoulders) the next day after my first application. I took away 1 star because some of the cups are loose and do not suction or stay suctioned, however I think it is the size of the cups relative to my body rather than manufacturer design issues. The smaller cups caught suction much better and in the future, I would purchase more of just the smaller sizes. Overall, really good

These are the cupping sets that they use in physical therapy or acupuncture places around me. It was great to have the full set to be able to do cupping anytime at home.
However, it’s not super manageable. If you are just one person, it’s not a knock against a product. It’s just how you’re supposed to use it. Aunt, the additional tube helps to get certain areas by yourself, but just note that you really should have someone apply the cups in certain areas when you’re laying flat or else your skin will pull once you start to move.
Super easy to set up a ton of cups to match any of your muscle areas from large to small and really does help keep blood moving if you use it frequently
