It’s delicious! But the new packaging fails to note that the valerian is not in the new improved version you receive. So if you need that addition, as I do, to fall and or stay asleep, you are out of luck. And so I am I. Because I bought the 4-box option. So I am drinking it late in the day. Now I understand the selling point as being gentle. It is. But still somewhat dissapointed. Had they kept that ingredient in. It would be my favorite sleep tea.

I live, breathe, and love this tea. This brand on it’s own is fantastic but I drink this tea every night before bed, nothing tops it. The flavor profile with the berry is delicious and it helps me calm down before bed.
