    Easy to swallow capsules. Green tea is supposed to be good for u & I don’t drink enough. This is a good way to get antioxidants. Great price.

    I find this supplement to be a very good addition to my daily regimen. I have to limit my drinking of tea due to it’s oxalate content but this enables me to still get the benefits of Green Tea with less risk of kidney stones.
