I just received these in the mail, and holy smokes…. I’m a fan. There are chunks and smaller pieces and even some fine dust I can use. I plan on smashing some up as well to create even smaller chunks.

FYI: Pyrite, black tourmaline and clear quartz is a good combination for powerful protection. and when you add fire agate – boom!

Ps. You can polish pyrite using Barkeepers Friend brass polish.
Put stones in a bowl, pour on polish, use old toothbrush, wear gloves. Rinse thoroughly. Do not dump the tiny stones pcs down drain. Pat dry on towel.

I got over 20 stones for the half pound bag of pyrite!! it is an amazing deal and yes, it is authentic because I tested it on ceramic!! These glorious stones, often called “Fool’s Gold” was so beautiful and sparkly when I received them, but I knew they would be because when I ran across one in the midst with all the other stones I used for jewelry making, I did not know what it was or how it got there! I saw all this sparkling going on and picked it up and was still wondering where it came from and to this day I do not know…all I knew was that I had to find out and get more. It took some times because I had to look at many stones to find one that looked like the “Fool’s Gold” and that’s how I found out what it was called and IMMEDIATELY ordered some…but like I said the AD DOES NOT show how beautiful these lovely, sparkling stones are…they are NOT the color that is shown here, they are silver and sparkling like a Christmas tree! And I’m writing these for those who might look at and think, “Yuck, what would I want with these?” Well, I’m telling you. They are beautiful stones and I”ve already made a pair of earrings for myself with them…AND a necklace! Please look up “Fool’s Gold” and discover all the benefits.

I previously ordered 2 of these 1/2 pound pyrite crystals boxes and was very satisfied with the size of the stones (1 to 1 1/2 inches). Therefore, I thought I would order it again a 3rd time but was very disappointed and will return them. Instead of about 16 good size crystals I had 38 tiny ones that were about the diameter of a dime. It looked like left over’s from a bigger batch that no one wanted. I hate the fact that I have to now take them to a Amazon return center but I don’t like being ripped off. Also, it said contact them for a problem. However, there was “no” number or link to do that provided.
