Epsom salt always helps with soothing pain and healing, but I was afraid it would have been too strong on my 4-year-olds sprained ankle. He was just fine though. Also, the smell is loud and unnecessary.

I am someone who soaks daily. I didnt notice any enhanced effects from this soak that I don’t get from plain epsom or even magnesium flakes. The price on this was astronomical for the amount and didn’t deliver.

My teen football player swears by this stuff! He’s always had issues with muscle soreness and tightness due to training twice a day. Since using this he has had zero issues. It’s pricey yes but omg such a good investment to aid in his recovery and help keep him in peak condition!

I buy these because I believe in the therapeutic benefits of minerals. However dosage recommends at least a full bag per bath. That is a lot of money for 1 soak. In my opinion.

I ordered this product because I stand on my feet for hours at work and my body throbs when I get home. I needed something to soak in because I was becoming reliant on pain meds. Between this stuff, ice soaks for my feet, stretching, and this ginger rub I use I’ve been able to stop the pain meds and feel somewhat normal again. I would recommend it even if just for smell and moisturizing properties. I even use it in the ice soak for feet. It’s a small bag but a little goes a long way. I combine this Mr Teals bath foam.

Love it. Mostly dissolves in water, feels great as part of my exercise recovery, and definitely makes me feel better after a workout. A little pricey at about $2 per soak, but I still ordered it again. Worth it for how it makes me feel.
