I replaced my Estee Lauder Double Wear with Revlon ColorStay several years ago and it is an excellent dupe. It provides great coverage and does last for hours. Most of the time I don’t need any concealer underneath. It comes in different formulations for dry or oily skin too. I’ve never needed to touch it up during the day when I use a powder bronzer over it. I’ve tried other brands, NYX, Elf, Shape Tape etc. and always go back to Revlon.

I typically use foundation mainly as a spot concealer rather than full facial use, because with my lines, many foundations just accentuate them rather than hide or smooth out, and this foundation is no exception. Sure, it works well enough and has no scent, nor is it oily or tacky, but it’s not something I’d wear as my main go-to full-coverage foundation.
For just a little help though, it’s not bad.

Amazing foundation! I have dealt with acne since I was a teenager, and I’m now 30, still getting pimples. My whole life I have wanted a ‘drugstore priced’ foundation that provided full coverage that didn’t sink into my fine lines or separate on my nose after a couple hours. I have used Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless (which feels like wearing a mask with how much I have to apply for full coverage, and it sinks into my creases everywhere) and Fenty Pro Filter Foundation (love it, but hate the price). I think I’ve found what I’ve been looking for in this foundation! Full coverage almost immediately, my acne nearly disappeared, blends out into my neck well, melded right with my pores to give me a blurred look without applying ANY skin primer for extra ‘grip’. I just put on my moisturizer, covered my acne up with concealer and went in with this foundation. The pictures are covering up 10+ pimples, new and healing, flawlessly without a picture filter or anything! I couldn’t believe it. And 10 hours later (thumbs up photo), it is still holding up perfectly! I don’t feel greasy like I’m wearing a liquid mask, my skin still looks great and my pores and lines are still practically invisible. I love that it’s a pump bottle so I don’t have to dump the foundation out onto the back of my hand and compromise the rest of what’s in the bottle with bacteria. A little foundation went SO far, I think I used a quarter of what I usually would with Maybelline Fit Me foundation. So long as this foundation exists, I will not be going back!
The item I received from you is fine but the box was soaking wet inside and out even the inside of the plastic bag that my items came in was wet I order from you all the time that’s the first time that’s ever happened but the Amazon box was not wet –
I think I’ve finally found a foundation that I like with this one! The coverage does last for a while and I think it does a good job at clearing any minor blemishes. I initially had some issues with cakieness, but this is what I do now that leaves a smooth and glowy look on my skin:
1.) Wash and moisturize your face
2.) Use a primer (I just use the e.l.f one for preventing breakouts, it doesn’t have to be anything expensive or fancy)
3.) Apply concealer and use one of those green color correcting sticks if necessary. I use them for any dark spots or blemishes on my skin. I bought an e.l.f one for $1 at the Dollar Tree so again, you don’t have to buy anything expensive! I find Maybelline’s FitMe concealer to work very well. Blend everything out (I just use a smallish angled foundation brush).
4.) Now, this is the key part that actually reduced the cakieness. I sprayed some facial spray on my skin and applied a few dabs of this foundation onto my skin. Remember that less is more! I then use a kabuki brush (I prefer this much more than beauty blenders as those never did the job for me), and I blend everything out in a quick, buffing motion to make sure that my face is evenly covered. And there you go – no cakieness! You can apply more concealer after this as well if you’d like by just patting it in with your finger.
The most important thing when applying makeup is to moisturize for sure. This foundation felt a bit heavy when I didn’t use a facial spray/mist but now it doesn’t feel as heavy but still has a bit of “weight” to it that goes away after a little bit.
Overall, I think this is a great foundation and I’m glad that I figured out a way to apply it that works for me! Hopefully this will help a few people. I’m no makeup artist at all, but after trial and error with many different ways, this is the one that works for me.

I’ve tried a LOT of drugstore foundations and this one honestly competes with higher-end brands. The coverage is medium to full but still looks natural on the skin and not cakey.
I have normal to slightly dry skin and this goes on really smooth, especially if I moisturize first. It blends easily with a sponge or brush and doesn’t cling to dry patches like some foundations do.
What impressed me the most is how long it lasts. I can wear this all day (work and errands) and it still looks good without breaking apart or getting patchy. It claims up to 24-hour wear, and while I haven’t worn it that long, it definitely holds up through a full day.
The finish is natural — not too matte and not too dewy — which I like because it doesn’t look heavy in person. The SPF 20 is a nice bonus too.
Shade 150 Buff is a good match for light to light-medium skin tones, but I would double-check undertones if you’re unsure.
Only small downside is it can transfer a little if you don’t set it, but with a light powder it stays put.
Overall, for the price, this is one of the best foundations I’ve used and I’ll definitely keep repurchasing.
