When I opened it, didn’t turn on. Plugged it in, works ok. Won’t charge, tried several cables. Feels very light compared to similar products I’ve since bought, most likely no battery in it. Will only work when plugged in which is the same problem other people seem to be having.
Will return or put in the bin.

Got these for my husband as he is an adamant gym goer. I swear he’s used these things at least 100 times already. Every time I turned around, he had one of these cups on his body! I obviously had to try it out for myself. The heat level was a nice touch to the suction. The suction power was really good (I’m a pansy and only had it on a mediocre suction while my husband is all but maxing it out). Charge lasts for a good amount of time. The suctioning didn’t hurt & felt great afterwards! The quality is great for the portability. Great product for an alternative to going to a cupping session!

I’m loving the Revo Smart Cups. I’m a fitness instructor and workout 5-6 times a week and this has started to help speed up my recovery so I’m not as sore/stiff and can stay ready to be active. I’m a big fan of traditional cupping but this smart cup is way more convenient (can do it by myself) and way more powerful when I have a lot of tension (especially in my traps).
I recommend getting at least two so you can target more areas in less time. Also, definitely start on a lower setting—it took me a couple sessions to get used to the feeling.

I’ve done cupping since childhood. I’ve done regular traditional cupping with glass cups and fire, moving cupping, accupuncture cupping, wet cupping, and this one is probably the best I’ve used. The suction is super strong that it can cause a lot of pain when you initially turn it on (just start at a low level and breath through it then increase intensity when you get comfortable). For areas where I have an injury I can only manage a low level, but with regular use I have been able to increase the suction level. It also allows for variable suction, where it suctions on and off intermittently without losing suction during the session. It stays on and automatically turns off. You can adjust time, heat, vibration, and intensity while you are using it without interrupting the time, which is a great feature that others don’t’ have.
COMPARED TO Therabody set: Therabody suction is weak compared to this and the circumference is tiny to this one. The only plus is that you get more cups in the Therabody set. This one you can only buy in a set of 4. I wish they would sell in 6 or 8 which would be better.

This device has done wonders for myself as well as my husband. I notice a drastic difference for pain management as well as recovery after intense physical activity. This is 100% worth every penny spent. The heat levels definitely work and I would start at the lower setting and work your way up to make sure you’re comfortable. I so far have had an issue with only one of my cups, but I’m not sure if it’s user error or if where I’m placing it just doesn’t want to cooperate. The pressure can be a bit intense before you get used to the feel of the suction. Overall, 10/10 I highly recommend this! Now I no longer have to worry about using the old fashioned ones that are super fragile and crack at the slightest drop.

However, being active and athletic leads to some tensions that are very hard to relax over time. But omg this thing, pulling out the knots in ways I never could, it’s like sucking the tension right out of those spots. I was worried this would be another gimmicky device but not at all. I just received mine and the cupping/suction is impressive, however the heat function is disappointing/non existent even at the highest setting.
For hairy dudes the cups keep a consistent seal, which is something that has been problematic for me when I’ve seen my practitioner and the glass cups have lost suction.
Overall a good product but the “heat” function is a bit misleading.

This is not a paid review. In fact the only reason I’m leaving this review is because this device helped me cure a bad blood clot. I had neck pain that was literally ruining my life and a bump the size of a silver dollar. The only relief was having my wife put a medical needle in it. Our last go around I was in the worst pain of my life and decided after poking holes to put this device on with the small cup. I swear to god this device sucked out my entire clot and infection from the holes we made w the needle on my neck. It pulled the nastiest mucusy blood clots you have ever seen out and my bump literally went down to normal. I know this is gross and obviously not what the device was intended for but I’m grateful I purchased and this happened because it had altered my life for years until this device got it all out. Obviously I’ll be buying soon as I’m pretty sure I ruined the cup I had lol but this device is literally amazing.. grateful

Just bought this since me and my boyfriend have been wanting to go cupping but also said we’d start saving money. Same day delivery and read through the instructions which were very easy to understand. Device is super simple to use and charged it before he got home. I would say definitely worth the money to relieve some pain. Put it on two different areas and by the second one he was snoring. He woke up and said he had no pain in his back and his muscles felt good! It’s not heavy and there’s a good suction so it doesn’t fall off. Definitely recommend using a sore muscle oil or something when switching to the gliding feature. The device itself feels very well built. Again this is an affordable easy solution to pain relief.

I had never tried cupping before, and I was impressed by its effectiveness. When starting out, it is set to level 3 by default, so if you’re new to the product, begin at level one so it doesn’t bruise you.

EXCELLENT product! this portable cupping therapy massage is GREAT! Different suction pressure settings and heat for different areas in the body that need muscle tension relief! The red light infrared therapy helps reduce inflammation and increase blood flow to those areas! I have used these only shoulders, upper and lower back, calves and lower leg to help relieve some Achilles tightness and tenderness. The suction creates outward pressure that show up as circles on the skin, sometimes bruises occur but go away after a few days. These bruises do not hurt in any way, it pulls the stagnation, muscle knots and tension like a reverse deep tissue massage. Instead of pushing the knots & muscles, this cupping therapy pulls the muscles and knots to relive tension and tightness. This is very effective for rehabbing injuries, recovering from workouts, strenuous activities or just a long day at the office and need to relax!

Super easy to use on yourself —just a couple button pushes and you’re on your way to feeling more comfortable. We use it across ages in our house, from my teen son who throws shotput to my husband and me in our 40s. Simple, effective, and a great addition to recovery and muscle care.

Bought for my adult son as a Christmas present. He was a track athlete and is currently a track coach and he absolutely loves it, and has used it multiple times! I would highly recommend! He tried it on me and it helped with pain and muscle tension. I did not feel the heat but it may have been the setting. Found it to be effective on the areas we used it on.

I have had muscle knots in my neck, back and shoulders for 3 years. I’ve had ACDF surgery and now have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. The cupping has not alleviated the knots but does help relieve some of the tightness. I’m hopeful after the TOS is corrected, the cups will alleviate the knots. The red light therapy and heat is also a plus. I do wish they offered smaller cup sizes that fit the back of your neck better. It does leave horrible bruising but that has gotten better the more I’ve used them. It can also be very painful at first if your knots are incredibly tight. I definitely recommend starting off on the lowest setting. I’ve tried a lot of things over the years but this has by far helped the most and was worth the money.

I’ve had a nagging hamstring issue for years. I would strengthen it and rest it and stretch it over and over but it never would feel quite right enough for me to play sports how I wanted.
