Ok first of all 16 gauge is ridiculously small for my hands. I have to ask my Slave to do it which is one of the few things I made him do and excel at.
Second I ordered this I believe 3 times. The moment you have an intellectual conversation one of the balls just unravels and abandons you and the other ball as well as the conversation FYI I wear it as a lip piercing.
I tried 3 times and my biscuits are burnt I’m not satisfied but it’s ok I got Amazon prime

Bought a pair of these in hopes to use them for my snake bites. I didn’t read as hard as I should’ve into other reviews to learn they’re all made asymmetrical, so they don’t pair well when side by side. Big bummer, but they’re still cute!

Wanted a larger spiral, but this one ended up being a really odd curve that always laid weird or stuck out in an inconvenient, &/or unattractive way. The balls were smallest I’ve seen on a barbell, not that that’s a bad thing. They looked like decent quality, but I’m not sure they are actually surgical steel.
I do have a sensitivity to cheap metals, even most organic materials cause issues for me. I only tried the silver toned pair, and in less than 24hrs my ear was red, slightly inflamed, hot, and achy. If you don’t have sensitivity to metal, just make sure this is the right bend/twist for what your looking for. If holding the item between finger & thumb, from top to bottom, the piece is about 1/2″ or slightly more, long.

They were larger than anticipated. I wanted to use them on my cartilidge piercing, they fit perfectly as far as the earring itself but the width arpund me ear looked odd. Was hoping for a tighter fit around my ear.

Love them but I can’t wear them. Hurts my ears but I gave them to friends and there a great fit for her.

The Ruifan spiral rings are stylish and colorful. However, the pairs all face the same direction, making it difficult to wear on both ears. At least in my case. I have my tragus pierced, and was very excited to try these. I could only get the right side to fit properly, while the left was uncomfortably twisted and looked backwards in the mirror. I am upset because I wanted to wear them as a set, but I can only use one piece at a time. Which makes the rest of the pairs a waste. Again, if you have a lip piercing or a single cartilage piercing, these may work.
