I got this because I was having some health issues and needed surgery to have my gallbladder and appendix removed. I was told I couldn’t wear anything of metal and if I wore anything it would pose a possible infection risk. It was worth it to me though… last December, after losing 3 tiny foster kittens, I had to say goodbye to my BeeBee… Her original name I gave her was Moonstone. My mother for the life of her couldn’t remember Moonstone🥲. She would call her Moonrock, Moonbeam, Moonpie, Moondust, Moonlight, you get the drift. The pendant was almost the exact shade of white her fur had been. She was a tabby and white or I’ve also heard it called tiger and white. We had been fighting an aggressive and antibiotic resistant infection of streptococcus(strep) and enterobacto. I couldn’t afford the over $2,000 surgery, not all at once and I begged desperately for them to let me pay it off month by month but they wouldn’t unfortunately… For 3 years she was on antibiotics daily, steroids off and on, when it got really bad she’d be on IV treatments… After 3 years and my vet couldn’t do anything else, no one was taking new patients, trying to find a way to one of the specialist hospitals and couldn’t as well as she started getting worse, I had to take her in… I still cry and my heart hurts so much she was my BeeBee, my baby, my cuddle kitty, she took so much of my heart with her after she was gone and I felt I couldn’t love another ever again… I still have my MaiMai and now I’ve got a momma and her kittens I’m fostering and thankfully it’s helped in healing my heart. I will always love my BeeBee, she was so special and in a way I feel like she’s here with me again…

The color is poor quality. It does not have any “flash” at all. Light does not shine through the stone. I would consider it a very poor specimen of labradorite. I don’t think I will even wear it.
