I recently purchased this Aztec Death Whistle and it has exceeded my expectations! The craftsmanship is solid, the sound is incredibly loud, and it produces a bone-chilling scream that is both fun and surprisingly realistic. It sounds just a little bit hollow but I do like the looks. Unfortunately, it’s uneven on the bottom so it leans off center a bit which is disappointing. It’s fairly heavy so it’s made well and I do like the colors. Marginal value for the money. I wish it was a little bit larger. The picture was taken level in order to demonstrate how it sits crooked.

I have to write this review and give this thing five stars in spite of the fact I am not sure it is even ethical to make this. It is insane how much this sounds like someone about to die. My son thought it was cool because why wouldn’t he? So we got it for his birthday. First time he uses it I come bolting into the house from outside because I thought someone was trying to kill my wife or one of the kids. If you want to find out who in your immediate circle has a stronger fight than flight instinct go ahead and get one of these. You’ll find out.

It’s well made and they included a nice carrying bag in the box with a nice card on instructions how to use it in a joking kind way and a mouthpiece cover guard. The box that came in was decorative and could just easily hold the death whistle and put on a shelf as is. Compared to the other two from different companies I bought, this one was hands down far superior in quality, looks and functionality. You cannot beat the price either.
