They are nice quality candles, and they arrived safe. They are scentless and don’t drip much. I took off one star because they are not the same diameter as other spell candles. They are noticeably thinner. If you have a metal adjustable holder, this isn’t too much of an issue, but if you use porcelain or glass holders, you may have to melt the bottom of the candle to make it stick into the holder since it will be too thin to stand up on its own.

Shipping package needs improvement, half of the candles we’re out of it’s box upon arrival. fortunately nothing was broken. Color is kind of darker grayish purple. However, effective in burning negative energy. I placed another order today.

PERFECT!!! Note these may be a little rustic (slight scratches), but are perfect for what I needed them for. They are one half inch wide and four inches tall. Ordered from Ranbowrecords239 under where it says “new from” or “available from these sellers” they came unbroken and not melted even though it was delivered in 102 degree heat. They have a faint smell (unlit) but it is not overtly unpleasant. Overall great candles for ritual and spells. I will definitely buy these again.

Nicely colored burned great not too fast, too slow, or going out constantly. They worked just as needed for what I got them for. Seemed to burn as long as it claims they would I unfortunatly have not had the opportunity to actually time them when burning but were lit for quite awhile. They were exactly what I was looking for when purchased

These are black wax all the way through, not a coat of black wax over white. They fit any chime candle holder.

They would work well on a birthday cake because they won’t melt wax all over the cake. I didn’t know what a chime candle was when I bought these. Basically they are candles a little bit bigger than birthday cake candles (1/2″ DIA. x 4″LG.) – that fit in special small candle holders which illuminate a spinning chime. Most people only think of chimes as those that blow together in the breeze and make noise. A chime normally has a base that has the candle holders on it and the middle has a spinning shaft with all sorts of designs and figurines mounted on it which are then illuminated by these small candles when the device spins around. This size candle is often used as “spell candles” because they last long enough to do a spell and then can be discarded. They are no good for meditation because of their short duration. They are good candles, burn well and work well as spell candles.

These little black candles are so cool to have on hand, when you need to do a quick spells and you don’t feel like using the big candles to dress and charge. these nifty little candles come in handy and you don’t have the waste as you do with some of the bigger ones. when you need to do a quick ritual that calls for fire magik, this is the box of candles you need. easy to dress, charge and imbue with whatever energies you choose.
